Subway — Restaurant in Brookfield

I had a coupon for a 12 inch sub. When I went to pay, the worker (or owner) told me that that coupon didn't work for my specific sub. I asked her to show me that restriction on the coupon. Instead, she pointed to a rather small sign (easy to miss). I felt tricked. No real apology. The tone was cold. A good owner/worker would have given the discount anyway, or at least an extremely friendly, "I'm SO sorry, but...." I got neither. Very bad form! I won't be back to...

Just moved to the area for my medical residency and decided to give this location a try. Upon making my order I was given the most unprofessional attitude by the lady who was making my sandwich. It was hard to understand her broken English, and when I politely asked her to repeat what she was saying, she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and ask me what I wanted in a rude broken tone. Good food and they are happy to make sandwiches to order! The store has three or four small tables with chairs in case you want to eat your food there. Very clean.
