Do not go to Panera after 4pm. You will get the worst service ever! I thought this was called Panera Bread but never have any bread. I went to grab some dinner at 8:30pm first thing the work. The Panera employee (Brandon) comes on the speaker and says we don’t have any bread for sides or sandwiches, we are all out for the night, just chips. Then I order the pick 2: half of Fuji apple chicken salad and cheddar broccoli soup and also a cup of chili. I’ve requested no chicken on my salad and due to them not having and bread to dip my soup, I asked for extra apples and pecans to compensate. Brandon was charging .39 cent for the extra apples and .39 cent for extra pecans. I explained to Brandon how that wasn’t right since I wouldn’t be receiving any bread to dip my soup in. I asked Brandon to remove the extra toppings and I’ll just get the salad as it comes. I then pulled to the drive through window and he tells me the total. I had to remind him to enter my phone number for my rewards. As I’m looking into the window of Panera, long and behold I see 2 racks of bread just sitting there. On top of that my soups were just tossed into the bag with no soup holders. Also, the chili had to be from the bottom the pot because it had no meat just sauce. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t even be allowed. Panera Bread is open until 9pm, and they need to have everything available that their menu allows, especially bread!!! Next time tell your employees to hide the bread before lying and telling their customers they are out . I won’t spend another center at...
Read moreThe location is convenient and near other popular places to eat such as Chick Fila, McDonald's, Chipotle, Burger King, Qdoba, Jimmy John's, Starbucks etc. The building is new and the fixtures and layout are nice. However what I observed is multiple staff eating or drinking beverages at the front of pick up area, behind the counter in the food prep area and cashier area. I observed multiple staff standing around talking at the front socializing & had to be asked by another customer who had dined in to pick up the plates as they were heavily piled near the trash, staff were quick to respond and did pick up the pile. Another customer came up to the front and had hair in their soup, which was replaced no questions asked. I placed a to go order, waited about 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a soup, a drink, and 1 bearclaw. I've learned to double check my order at this location as they've often forgotten an item to my order. Sure enough, I was missing a drink and a bear claw. I was told they thought the drink was for a to go order. There was a nice young man, who did get my Bearclaw and gave me an additional one for my waiting. Overall, it's a very new location with what seems to be alot of inexperienced staff. They probably need to work out some kinks and have a strong leader on shift to help guide the less experienced staff. The response from staff to all situations was appropriate. This location has potential, but...
Read moreThis location has to be the worst or maybe they were overwhelmed with the fundraiser they had going on. But the ONE cashier was not about service. As he was taking the order of the person in front of me like literally in mid sentence asking if she wanted horseradish sauce. He stopped to tell the cleaners to not clean a specific item after wiping down the counter and just went on and on directing another employee. So excessively I had to say “you know it’s rude to do that in the middle of an order the customer should be the priority” he responded and told me “he’s training and don’t tell him how to do his job” as I continued to wait my turn he went back to taking the customers order. While using the plastic cups as something to lean on which isn’t sanitary he completed her order when the manager came over to ask did he need help. He said no and she reiterated “can I help you with anything because i advocate for my employees” Now there was really no reason for manager Emily to say that but I’m sure sure said it cuz she wanted me to hear. But that’s just proves this store doesn’t think the customer is the priority over cleaning the bakery display case. I won’t...
