Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brookfield

This restaurant is a complete disaster! I seriously do not know how they are still open with the way it is run. I pulled in to see two employees messing around smoking by the dumpsters and walking around different peoples cars. I did not want to park near there so I pulled into a spot close to the window and saw a couple huge window length posters advertising for the Mexican Pizza. I walked in and tried to use the Kiosk to order as there was no one upfront. Both Kiosks were filthy and gave me error messages. I then had to call for one of the employees to come help me. I was completely ignored even though the they were standing 10-15 ft away. (this is not the first time this has happened, as the the last time I was there I stood there for nearly 15 minutes saying "Excuse me" and they literally were acting like I was invisible). Once someone finally acknowledged me I asked to order and they told me the upfront computers were not working either and they had to ring me up in drive thru. When I asked for the Mexican Pizza they said Taco Bell no longer sells that. Um, excuse me? You have it on the menu and have two huge posters on your window advertising it. The restaurant literally had no customers other than a couple drive thru orders and had two employees standing outside doing nothing. Seems strange they do not have the time to take down signs and cross the menu item out. After hearing this I ordered something else and the girl said ok and then came back and said "what was that again?" I repeated the order and she acted like it was the first time she had heard it. Then she asked what soda I wanted. I was so confused and asked "isn't it self serve?" and she was just like "oh yeah" and walked back to the drive thru window. It is obvious that there is no proper management and that the employees are really out of it and maybe on drugs. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable and very disrespectful. At this point I did not trust them or the food I was getting and did not want to support this location and went to a different one in Sussex where I got great service. If Taco Bell has an respect or decency they seriously need to get some major help as this is an absolute nightmare. Until then buyer beware and DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO GO...

So trashy it’s not even worth the 1 star. I placed an online order for 26 items and went in to pick up my order when the site said it was ready. They let me know they never received the order. I showed them the order confirmation from my email, the payment confirmation from both the email and my bank, as well as a confirmation that i was at the correct location and the full list of items ordered. I would’ve been fine with waiting if they had just started the order but 40 minutes later no one was acknowledging the fact that there was an issue and they would not come to the counter. I kept getting told i was at the wrong location and that i needed to contact corporate to get a refund because they couldn’t make the food or process a refund until their system received my order. The general manger was present and still nothing was done. By the time they gave in and told me they would make the food at no charge i listed off my order AGAIN and then the general manager told me that they had in fact made my order an hour earlier. I did not receive an apology I was told it was my fault because the pick up name and account name we’re different so they were confused. I got home and the order was cold and soggy. So much good...

I placed a mobile order for 10 piece a nugget combo. Regular Mountain Dew wasn't an option in the app despite being an option in the store. I intended to ask when I arrived at the speaker to check in and forgot until I was handed a Baja Blast at the pickup window. The employee at the window was extremely kind and replaced it with a regular Mountain Dew without hesitation.

Unfortunately, that's where positive experience ended. The Mountain Dew had a glob of something dark floating on the surface, likely mold from a poorly maintained soda fountain. The nacho fries tasted like they had been sitting for at least an hour (this was lunch time, not the middle of the afternoon or late at night). The nuggets were missing the included sauces. Without the sauce the nuggets were dry and unappetizing. Nothing in this meal was edible. I hate wasting food, but the entire meal went in the trash.

I was initially excited to place the order because the menu prices were substantially less expensive than the locations around me in Washington County. It's extremely disappointing that the cost of eating out has skyrocketed while the quality of the food has rapidly...
