Awful service. Upon arrival, no one greeted us and we stood around for a few minutes. We took a seat and we had to wave someone down for menus. After looking at the menus (about 20 minutes) we had to wave someone down and our waitress realized we didn't have water yet. She was kind but the service was lacking. My large pho was tasty but there was a fruit fly and a piece of hair in it and the portion was disappointingly small for a large. We didn't bother asking for a new bowl since it would come from the same batch of broth anyway. Our lychee boba tea was super watery and had no flavor. The honey dew boba tasted fine so I asked for a different flavor in replace of the lychee boba tea. The waitress insisted that she can make it again. We let her and she put extra syrup but the flavor was still lacking. Worse lychee boba tea ever. Not to mention how lousy the bobas were. They were either not fresh or was under cooked. Portions were small. Spent $80 for food that wasn't worth it. ordered pho, pad thai, spring rolls, fried spring rolls, chicken wings with fried rice (+$3.00 for fried rice that was still white and had eggs cooked with only.) I don't know how it has 4.6 stars. 😔😔😔 This is not a fake review!!! The owner has replied on many reviews that the bad reviews are other businesses or affiliated with the previous owners. Avoid this place at all cost!! Edit- please improve by taking your customer's reviews seriously instead of sitting behind a screen and making excuses. If you are the older man gathering to go entrees, how about helping your staff when they are scurrying around trying to being food out, fill water, etc. One of your staff even took a corner and fell and spilled water on the floor. The divider you had fell over and hit him too. Water spilled on the floor and I was concerned for your customers that was walking to and from the bathroom. Improve by taking your customer's reviews seriously. Not by saying they are fake. Here is a pic to show you that it's 4.6, not 4.7. we will not be returning and will tell our friends and families to avoid you too. Disappointed.

Was in the area w/ my sister super hungry, decided to try this place as we was craving pho. Read the reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Horrible idea, should’ve listened to the reviews šŸ˜’šŸ˜’. First off, they gave us the wrong pho. Both of us… Ordered pho w/ brisket, rare steak, & flank. Instead, got flank & some weird miscellaneous lookin hard meat. (In photos). The large pho is literally the same amount as a regular, just in a bigger bowl w/ a lot more broth!!! Found a plastic bag thing in my pho (in photo). Then, asked for an ingredient to add into the pho & they never brought it until I asked for the THIRD time.. plz it just gets worse it’s almost embarrassing… & THEN as we’re eating, the waiter grabs a napkin from the empty tables & starts pressing it against his lips & kept looking at the napkin as if it was bleeding or something. He then continued to serve water to the other customers right after with the damn napkin still in his hand … at this point, we just stopped eating because be so Forreal … that’s disgusting. Mind you, the folks on the other side of the restaurant saw it too, we exchanged looks the whole time… & THEN to top it off, he then kept doing the same thing with the napkin & THEN ran his mouth under the sink towards the back side (I WISH I RECORDED!! we saw everything we were too stunned to speak at this point) like literally putting his head under the faucet to catch water, swish it out, & spit it in the sink. we will never go here ever again. like ever. We’ll stick to our usual spot from here on out. Smh.

As a foodie and have had lived in VN for 10 years (just relocated to WI - mid 2021), I’m a hard critique and I’m always on the hunt for Asian food, especially Vietnamese dishes. So, I decided to give Pho 4 U Vietnamese Cuisine a try, since it’s on my way back from work, I’ve been here twice now. On my first visit, I ordered one of my fave Vietnamese dishes : Hu Tieu — The noodles were just okay, but the broth was decent. A friend of mine ordered the Bun Thit Nuong (rice noodle topped with grilled pork and veggies — more of a salad dish), it looked really good and I ordered Bun Thit Nuong on my second visit, it is was so tasty! The portion was quite generous and I loved all the flavors mixed together. Was it authentic? No, but it’s close enough (probably because some of the ingredients might be harder to find and they ā€œAmericanizeā€ it a bit too. Overall, if you’ve never had Vietnamese food before or just really miss Viet food, It’ll fix the craving. I’ll definitely be coming here more frequent. ā˜•ļø ahh the Cafe Sua Da was spot on! Vicky was so sweet, she came to our table to give a few recommendations on appetizers too. Friendly staff and great service!

This is my third time to PHO 4 U. Each time, the service has gotten progressively worse. The first time, 2 months ago, the service by the guy waiter was spot on. The food was delivered quickly. I value my time so fast service is a must. Especially in a Pho restaurant where the main item you order is the Pho.

Second time, one week later, I had to wait a little longer. The same guy waiter served me. This time, he forgot to to bring the bean sprouts and lime (condiments tray). I had to go to the counter and ask for the condiments. It was annoying but OK, I still leave a 15% gratuity. I'm easy that way.

Today, I show up at 12:50pm. The same guy waiter tells me he will be right with me. At 1:15pm, the only thing he has done right is bring me water. I decide at that point that if he doesn't come by 1:20pm, I'm leaving. So at 1:17pm, he finally comes by and takes my order. RIDICULOUS. I finally get my Pho at around 1:25pm. (YES, Pho should not take THAT long to prepare!) AGAIN, he fails to bring me the condiments immediately but 2 minutes later. So I'm sitting there, looking at my bowl and not able to eat.

Speedy service at a Pho restaurant is MUST. All most people want is Pho! That is why they go to a Pho restaurant. It shouldn't take 27 minutes until the server takes your order! I finish my Pho and am waiting for him to come bring me my bill. I purposefully push my bowl away from me so it will signal that I am done with my meal. NOTHING. I wave to the waitress, to see if she can help get the waiter for me. Completely ignored. FINALLY, 5 minutes later, I go up to the counter to pay my bill. I still leave the waiter a 10% tip. 5% off to show my displeasure.

Suffice to say, I will NEVER go back to Pho 4 U again. AGAIN, the main reason people go to a PHO restaurant is for the PHO! The restaurant should already have the broth ready. It takes 3-5 minutes to ladle the broth over the noodles and bring it to you. FAST SERVICE is a MUST! The service has gotten progressively worse each time I have gone there. If the waiter can't bring you a hot bowl of noodles during this pandemic when the restaurant is 20% full, what the hell is going to happen when the restaurant is even half full?

If you are management and customers are telling you this. You had better...

Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable adventure at PHO 4 U Vietnamese Cuisine, a hidden gem in the heart of our city. From start to finish, my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Walking into the restaurant felt like stepping into a cozy haven of Vietnamese culinary delights. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with the delightful aroma of simmering broth, set the perfect stage for what was about to unfold.

The menu was a pho lover's dream, featuring an array of options for every palate. I opted for the classic Pho Bo, and it was a revelation. The broth, rich and fragrant, showcased the depth of flavors that only hours of meticulous simmering could achieve. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked, providing a satisfying texture with each slurp.

The beef in the Pho Bo was thinly sliced and tender, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to using quality ingredients. The bowl was generously filled with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime, allowing me to customize each bite to my liking. The balance of flavors was impeccable, creating a harmonious symphony in my mouth.

The menu also offered a variety of other pho options, catering to different preferences, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that even the heartiest appetites would leave fully satisfied.

The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, enhancing the authenticity of the meal.

The pricing was reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh, local ingredients was evident in every bite, making it a standout in the local culinary scene.

In conclusion, PHO 4 U Vietnamese Cuisine has mastered the art of pho, delivering a 5-star experience that surpasses expectations. Whether you're a seasoned pho enthusiast or a first-timer, this establishment is a must-visit for an authentic and soul-satisfying Vietnamese...
