Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Brookfield

I ordered 2 drinks. After a bit, drink no.2 was ready [psl]. I waited while 5-6 other drinks were made to get drink no. 1 [frapp]. When I received drink no.2,I asked for a water and drink holder. The girl pointed to the drink holders off to the side that looked like they were for staff only. I stood and waited for a water while she made multiple other drinks. She then said [rudely] "Are you missing something?". I stated that I had asked for a water and needed a straw. I was told there were straws up front and was passed my water w/o a smile,thank you,etc. My foam was melted on the psl [best part] by the time I got home 5 min later. The girl was rude. Normally I ask for a name but didn't. I called customer service and got an over seas agent. I spent 20 min on the call to be placed on hold and then disconnected. Calling back, there was no record of my call. I asked to be contacted by an agent in the U.S. I am awaiting that call. Starbucks isn't cheap to be...

although I am a partner at a different Starbucks location, this has always been a favorite of mine as it is on my way to school.

I enjoy my drinks when I go here & I love that they have the new updated ice!

The only downside is that most of the time when I come in the AM, I’ve noticed that if I Mobile order, I am handed my drink and then the window is shut immediately, which doesn’t necessarily make me feel welcome. While a few other times I’ve went into the store, I was welcomed and conversation was started with me.

I feel maybe they should consider connecting with customers more in the drive thru despite if their order was placed on the app or not! But I’ll still...

Starbucks is always awesome but each store is different. The employees are always nice and if you ever have a disagreement over what was ordered, they almost always eat the cost. If you need help deciding, these employees are very good at giving suggestions and upselling but that is good. I always need help deciding what I want and every time I get the greatest suggestions that I never regret. The employees are always smiling and happy to help you. I've always come out of there feeling cheery because of them. No matter what, I have never seen an employee with anything less than a smile on their faces. I go there for my...
