I was disappointed with the staff not knowing the product that he was selling. I asked what toppings were available for a cheeseburger, but he didn't know. Then he said we may have lettuce and tomatoes, he had to check, okay. But I asked if they had pickles? Yes. What type? Homemade. Sweet or dill? They're homemade. The person cooking also didn't know gave me a pickle to try. I would describe them as a failed attempt at a sweet pickle with a hint of heat. I wasn't askead how I liked my burger cooked, usually, that means cooked through. Mine was rare, which I do not eat. Please ask your customer how they would like their burger cooked. As for the brisket sandwich my husband received, I noticed in your comments that the meat is weighed and he should've received a third of a pound of meat. It may have weighed that, but half of his "meat" was huge hunks of fat and I've never seen a brisket sandwich topped with a teaspoon of coleslaw either.
