Housaku Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Brookfield

Two out of three times was horrible. First time I ordered out, it took them 2 1/2 hours to figure out that my food was sitting in the back and $70 of sushi was totally hot because the person in the back put all the hot food right on top of the sushi, which was at the bottom of the bag. Not to mention it took 2 1/2 hours because they had their child and when I mean, child, I mean child that is eight or under taking phone orders and checking people out with their credit cards. It was obvious that he took our order and messed up, and his mother decided to scream at him in front of everybody that was waiting to be served. I made sure that he understood that was not his fault because he is a child and should not be working!! It was embarrassing for me as a customer and embarrassing for the waitress and the child. Second time I had to pick up order for takeout everything went smoothly and it was OK. I only ordered sushi this time to make sure that nothing was gonna be hot and it was the smallest order that I had ordered yet which was under $50. My third time ordering was totally wrong. It was over $100 and all they could do was say that they would give me a free California role. We will never go back to that child...

We ordered delivery through Seamless. My review actually changed as I thought more about it. It went from a 4 to a 5. The food was still hot long after it was delivered. I got a General Tso combination with Wonton Soup. At first I thought it was overpriced. The more I thought about it, it was a good deal because it included the soup. The pork fried rice was delicious. It had red onion and green peppers. No giant chunks of onions or bean sprouts. The General Tso was very good. Not very spicy, but lots of flavor. I moved to Brookfield area a year ago, I was looking for a good Asian food restaurant and this is my favorite! It has Thai, Chinese and a variety of different sides and apps to get. I absolutely obsessed with their wonton soup is so rich and delicious. Also some favorites of mine are the pad thai, boneless ribs and the fried rice. To name a few. I have friends that also enjoy their food in the area. I’m glad I found this spot because this is my favorite type of cuisine. They are friendly when I pick my food up and usually very quick even on a Friday and Saturday. I usually only do take out so I have never eaten inside but it is cute...
