IHOP — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I visited this IHOP today (9/06/2017) and the service was just TERRIBLE! I should've left when I had the chance but decided to give this location a try anyways. First we got seated as usual. We waited for about 10 minutes. I realized it was taking a little more than usual for a server to take our drink order, so I asked a server who was taking another table "Who our server was" and he said idk but I'll take your order. The restaurant was not busy at all, which made me wonder why no one has served us yet. There was about 4 servers (females) just standing wondering around near the drink/coffee area doing nothing and not one of them came over and asked if we've been serve or nothing. So the guy server took our order and 10min later he got sat with a table of 2 adults (young women) and one child. As soon as they sat down, he asked them what they would like to drink, he came back with their drink and took their order and started flirting with them. He was very attentive to that specific table even though we had been sitting here before them. So our food finally come out and I guess our real server, a lady brings it out. So many things was wrong with our food. We got bacon instead of sausages on both entrees (Me and my mom's), my hashbrown was pretty hard and my scramble eggs were just awful. My mom's toast was burnt and hard. Mines and my mom's strawberry and cream crepe was stale. Disgusting. (I asked our server if we could get them redone and she said ok) Our old crepes tasted like rubber. My sisters hot chocolate was not served on a proper cup. She is basically getting charge for a drink that should have been in a larger cup but instead was served in a regular cup which holds less liquid. This IHOP location looked dirty in the inside. This whole experience was just very upsetting. I've been going to IHOP for a long time now and expected great service like the other locations. I will NEVER be coming here due to the lack of customer service and the lack of communication. When I was getting ready to pay I talked to the manager and told him about our experience and all he said was "sorry". He was a tall guy with glasses. My suggestion to the manager is to be more considerate of your customers and to step his game up and train your employees the right way or else he will definitely be losing more business than...

Especially their breakfast and dinner, because u can choose from different portions from their food menu." I love their😎 senior menu, I make my own choices for what like to eat, because I don't like to waste nothing when someone else could enjoy it. My mother and😷 father didn't play that when it come to wasting food they put on the table to eat." Still remember that old Saying in my old age." When we don't feel like cooking anything, my daughter and I fine one of their restaurant in the area where we live down town Atlanta, and we go and have us some a nice little👍👍 breakfast and a hot cup of coffee and chill!" Off costs u have to wear a mask, we never go no where with out our masks are sanitizer." "Still have be very, very, careful about our distances and surrounding." So when you don't feel like😁 cooking something all the time, we go out and check them out and let their cook's cook us up some nice hot pancakes, sausages and shamble eggs with a nice bowl of fruits. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We waited a whole hour for our food and there were literally Like four tables. A table of two came in 30 minutes after we put in our order and they received their food before us. I said twice no peppers nor sauce on my chicken fajita omelette and I wanted to add spinach. They still had sauce and peppers on my omelette without the spinach they remade my omelette and still had Peppers and no spinach. I spoke with the manager for My Party of 5 and she said door dash and uber eats were taking over the business with to go orders as to why our food was taking so long. She said she also got us on the drinks. However, we had water and water is free and then she said she would also give us a 10% discount. My friend ordered a side of hashbrowns which never came and my other friend said no sauce and add spinach on her omelette and they still put sauce on her omelette without spinach. So it was remade with spinach thrown on top of the omelette as well as another friend. Spinach just throwed on the top omelette instead of having spinach inside of the omelette. I don't understand how the waitress wrote down our order and still got it all wrong and our food should not have taken a whole hour when there were barely anybody in the restaurant.
