Personal Touch CardSmart — Local services in Brookhaven

THIS IS NOT A HALLMARK STORE NOR A HALLMARK GOLD CROWN STORE! This USED to be a Hallmark store and I really wish that they would take down the Hallmark Crown Store sign and update their Google Maps information. This is a card store that does not sell any Hallmark brand cards, ornaments, etc.! This location is actually branded as CardSmart and not Hallmark. That said they DO sell greeting cards, just not Hallmark. Unfortunately I wasted my time today coming here to look for Hallmark holiday ornaments because they were listed in Google as a "Hallmark" Store when in fact they are not.

This card store share a space with a pharmacy. Unfortunately there was no one available specifically at the card shop so I had to purchase the cards from the pharmacy.

Pros: Nice Cards: They do have some nice greeting cards from a company called Designer Greetings. Knick Knacks: They do sell knickknacks similar to what you would see in a Hallmark store.

Cons: Mislabeled as Hallmark: They are listed in Google Maps and have a sign over the store saying Hallmark Crown Store when in fact they are not. This is very misleading particularly if you're looking for a specific Hallmark product or if you want to earn or get points for your Hallmark rewards account. No Dedicated Staffing: They do not have a dedicated staff for this card shop. There was a sign on the counter to say take items to the pharmacy to check out. If you had any specific questions about cards or other products there may not be anyone there to answer. No Hallmarks Rewards: In spite of the sign over the store there is no affiliation with Hallmark so you can neither earn nor use any Hallmark rewards points at this store.

Overall: There's an average selection of cards at this store. They also sell some knick knacks similar to what you'd see in Hallmark. The people in the pharmacy are nice. This place is a bit disappointing though if you waste your time coming here thinking it's an official...

Now this Hallmark was very different & a disappointment. There selection of cards 👎... They might as well just make this an entire Pharmacy, Period. Then it felt sort of on the racial side too. I didn't get a good vibe once inside. Then one of the ladies who cashed me out refused to let me use all of my rewards, saying that I could not use more than 1 @ a time, which I know is not a fact, because at all the other Hallmark's that I shop at where I now live in Virginia ask me if I have anymore rewards or coupons that I want to use. Then, all of the other three Hallmark's I shopped @ while I was in GA allowed me to use every reward & coupon I had, some almost up to a zero balance. So that made me wonder even more, was it really Racial motives or what 😫😯! Then the other cashier, who was right there at the time of my purchase said, "well I must be doing things wrong, because I always allow customers to use all the rewards they want to use".... Still Puzzled about that & it's been weeks. I have been back to other Hallmark stores since I been back in Virginia, as a matter of fact, just yesterday I used three of my rewards & left out paying only $.37 for...

12/20/2018 This may be my go-to store for cards & gifts. The phone number on the google search called the Pharmacy. I didn't catch the gentlemen's name but he was very pleasant when he found out I had the wrong department. He asked what I was looking for & transferred the call to Ms. Jackie who couldn't have been sweeter. She found what I was looking for & suggested that I pay over the phone (which I didn't think about), since I was going to come after work & with rush hour I would get there close to closing time. She said she'll probably be off work by then but I hope she's still there so I can tell her in person. Great bunch of...
