I have never eaten here but I see the reviews are great. I came home for a funeral and my son and I were headed back to Texas. He had a flat tire and stopped at a tire shop. We struck up a conversation with a guy who happened to be the owner and he invited us to the restaurant for a free fish dinner. We went but it wasn't open yet and we had to get one the road. About today's Ride to Eat..

The food was delicious and the southern hospitality was worth the ride. The staff was very courteous and helpful when trying to make food selections. All of the food looked delicious but you can only eat so much. Everyone loved their selection and the portions were worth the price of the meal. The group will definitely return, especially since everyone enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere was nice.

Wow what a surprise, best soul food I've had in south MS by far. The seasoning is quite aggressive (spicy!) but doesn't cover up the freshness of the shrimp and catfish.
