Edited to add: service is a lot better now and everyone is really nice. Wait time can be a bit long on a mobile order but the order is correct and tastes great.
The intercom system needs to be updated or they need to start calling back orders before they start them. The last two times we have ordered from this location the order was wrong and it took 30 minutes in the drive thru line to get the order. I know people make mistakes and I donāt mind having to get my order fixed but both times I was told that I ordered wrong based off of what was put into the system even though I didnāt input the order. This last time they āfixedā my order by giving me a watered down iced latte with little to no milk in it. I also ordered veggie egg bites and was given a veggie sandwich. By the time I realized it was still wrong and the food was wrong too I had left and I really didnāt feel like going back and being told that I ordered wrong again. Considering the parking lot is so small, itās also pretty dangerous to try and get out and once you are stuck in line there is no room to get out. When your stuck youāre stuck. Every order I have ever made there is inconsistent and 2/3 the time my drink it too sweet to actually enjoy. The times Iāve been inside I noticed that if you order a sandwich they just grab the prepackaged ones on display and stick them in the microwave, so I canāt begin to understand how it takes 15 minutes to get an order through the drive through.
