This restaurant says they open online at 6pm on Google and on Uber Eats. We were allowed to make an order on Uber Eats and about 15 minutes later it was ready for pickup. Upon arrival to the restaurant, they were closed! I waited around, along with 5-10 other people who also came to pickup orders that they also had already paid for. The phone number they have listed for their business is the wrong number, nobody answered it and the voicemail was for someone/somewhere completely different. They did not answer the phone number on ubereats. At 7:30pm, the restaurant was still not open. There isn't a sign on the door or anything-just closed.
I have ordered here on 2 other occasions. Once, the rice in my stir fry was very hard and undercooked. The second time I ordered pasta and it was really good. The flavor of the food was good but I really wish they would get it together and be more professional. I would only recommend ordering here physically in person because there is no guarantee that they will be open when they say they...
Read morethe customer service was okay the first thing that was off was that I asked the waitress is she going to use a pen and pad to take my order because she's just standing there was nothing in her hand and she says no she doesn't need one she will remember it so I'm thinking okay she's going to remember my order so I ordered almost I ordered a variety of things on the menu and Order chicken I ordered a vegetable plate and I'll order some collard greens. when I got my food instead of getting called greens she brought out cabbage when I got my food the fish taste like it was not season that all the only thing that was good was the chicken and I was taking a friend out to try Ethiopian food for the first time and for that to be there experience the first time trying it that was horrendous. I ordered the Queen of Sheba spice tea and the only thing that came in the tea hot water cloves and they brought a Lipton tea bag she brought white sugar out I asked her do you all have brown sugar or honey she said no they don't...
Read moreThis place never disappoints me. It is my go to spot for anything edible and Ethiopian. From the meat combination to the veggie combo, everything is just amazing. I have brought several co-workers for both lunch and dinner and they have also become returning customers to this place. My favorite dish has to be, well..there are so many of them. The beef samosa, goden tibs (beef ribs), derek tibs (sautéed beef), Asa tibs (the whole fried Tilapia). Anything tibs really.. Everything is just delicious. As you wait for your food to arrive, you can entertain yourself with the history of Queen of Sheba in a sort of pictorial story telling form, hugely displayed on the left hand sand of the restaurant as you enter the dining area. What I also love about this place it the consistency and authenticity of the food. There are many restaurants that claim authentic Ethiopian food but tone it down to a point that it loses its flavor. Not Queen of Sheba, the food is authentic and flavorful without being overly spicy. I just love...
