Kind of pains me to leave 2 stars because I love Lidls and plan to continue to shop there but probably my last time at this Lidls which was out of my way but I like how big this one is and the selection seems more but tbe customer service was non existent so I will just go elsewhere. Started with employees who don't says hello as they pass you or ask if you are finding everything ok then getting in line and the person in front t of me didn't pay and leave and just stood there so I assumed he was waiting on a manager but the cashier (who I didn't catch her name but has long straight burgundy red hair pulled into a low ponytail and red tattoos on her neck and hands or arms) started ringing my things but I couldn't advance because of the person still standing I front of me. The cashier speaks up to give me total only I'm still down the belt because of the customer ahead of me. Why wouldn't she ask him to wait out of the line? Ok , no big deal, squeeze past him with my cart, the cashier is full on having a personal conversation on the phone, she had ear buds in. I mean c'mon, can't you do that on your break or when you leave your shift? Shouldn't you do that on your own time? She hands me the receipt, no thank you come again have a nice day , nothing to me but steady chatting with whoever is on the end of the ear buds. Then off to put my things in the car and I hate leaving carts just any old where so I head back towards the lobby area where you keep the carts and another associate comes out, looks at me but walks diagonally past me and goes to the cart corral to collect the 2 carts that wer in there. Uummm hello, he didn't think to ask me if I wanted him to take it.....geeeezzz I mean even the associates at Kroger ask when they are out in the parking lot. This was just the worst customer service and the way things are today with prices which none of us can control, you better be giving the best customer service because there are too many options to take my business to. I will be reaching out to...
Read moreIve lived in the area for years and was once excited about Lidl only to go there tonight 10 min til 10 on line says they close at 10 .For some reason the apparent night manager came threw the front just yelling get out we are closed pointing his finger and escorting me and yelling the whole time get out!!!!!I was having a peaceful night until I met him and now I'm concerned to go back and this is convient I work in customerservice and the treatment is unacceptable to run a business.Ive been in here several times lately I enjoyed the prices and selection most nights only 1 register the situation needs to be re-evalated and there are classes for management skills. Its really not fair that people get these positions and abuse there customers I even asked his name his refused to be professional or even apologize mostly likely he doesn't even live in our neighborhood that's why he's chooses to disrupt it I hope he goes back to his original location for...
Read moreI love this Lidl, but hate that they don't have more cart-return corrals. If I'm taking my mother to this store, we park in a handicap spot since she has a placard. Lots of lazy shoppers leave their carts in these spots. I parked there this morning and this other shopper who also parked in handicap had the nerve to wedge her cart directly in front of my car right after we parked. I sarcastically said "Thanks a lot!" to her and proceeded to take her cart with me into the store. Then as when we were leaving the store, we saw some other lazy shopper left their cart behind my car. I have no problems with returning my cart inside the store, but someone who has mobility issues, like my mom, should not have to deal with hurdles to get in and out of handicap parking.
Please add more corrals to the other side of the...
