First visit to this particular chick fil a. I will not be returning for a number of reasons. Manager, Sabbi was incredibly rude and disgusting, and was followed up by a second manager, Tori, who was not necessarily rude but did not the make the situation better at all.
I ordered at the drive thru. I asked the associate to request fresh hash browns in my burrito as I did not want them to be soggy. That request means they will have to make the whole burrito fresh. Guess they didn’t want to. They gave me the soggiest possible burrito. No problem, things happen. I let Sabbi know (whom was handing the food out) and her first words were “It’s not fresh? Give it to me” with her hand out. I let her know that she was being incredibly rude and matter of fact. She told me to pull up, I asked her how long it would take, she says “I have no clue”. This was the most unhelpful response and definitely indicated that my business was not valued.
I told her that I would not be moving up until she gave me a time frame and that I wanted to speak to a manager. Tori comes over and hurries to let me know that the lady I was speaking to was also a manager. Okay.. and? Tori tells me that I need to pull up so they can serve other guests.
At this point in time, I had yet to hand the food back over as I was addressing the way I was treated. I then said here is the food back even though it’s against y’all’s policy to take food back. I am not a bum so leaving with a “free” soggy burrito is less than appealing to me. Once I said this she didn’t want to take the food anymore. People in these positions assume ignorance of everyone they deal with. Then all of a sudden, the apologies come.
These two are terrible managers and obviously terrible side by side. Once upon a time, chick fila took pride in customer service and experience. It’s disappointing, now, that management lacks those basic principles. What do they expect their team members to do as well?
I asked for a refund for the burrito. Where I spend my dollar is my power. My power is also reporting my experience on as many platforms as possible. I will be calling corporate and I won’t stop addressing this until it is addressed...
Read moreI can't even believe I am writing a review giving Chick-fil-A a 1 star rating, as I have never had any major issues with this location and any other location for that matter that would warrant me to leave a bad review. That's typically expected from some other fast food chains, but very seldom do I have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A, a company who prides themselves on servant leadership and empowering their workers to feel motivated to deliver exceptional service to its customers. Well, I guess there's a first time for everything. They dropped the ball when I visited this location on a Saturday night, November 19th. The two lane drive-thru lines were loaded with cars, which is typical and expected, and there were two attendants taking orders, one for each lane. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes and watching the attendant in my lane service only 3-5 cars compared to the 10 or 12 cars being serviced in the other lane, the attendant just up and decided to leave the lane several times to go back inside the restaurant. After several minutes of waiting for her to return and take my order, she finally came back out the restaurant but totally abandoned my lane and proceeded to start assisting cars in the lane next to me. I sat there baffled, thinking to myself "there's no way she didn't see my car in line and the slew of other cars behind me. Surely, my car is not invisible." Finally, after rolling down my window, a guy who had been just standing around came over and asked me had anyone taken my order, to which I replied "No, I've been sitting here for a while waiting for someone to assist me and watching cars in the other lane pass by." While expressing my frustration and giving him my order, he stood there and chuckled the whole time. What did he find so funny? I sincerely hope this incident was just a blunder and is not something that frequently occurs, given your reputation for being one of the best fast food chains that offers great customer service. I hope you will take reviews like this into consideration when evaluating what areas you need to make improvements in so that you can maintain your good reputation with...
Read moreThis is my first time visiting this location in person in a long time. Extremely disappointed in their food and most of all level of service. I pull up order taker Cynthia is having a good time chatting it up with front driver no tablet in hand no menu for driver, just talking away and that’s great and all but not when you have a line of people wrapped around the building. The second lane order taker got to two to three cars before Cynthia got to mine. When she did finally decide to be done and take my order she definitely wasn’t giving my pleasure. Moving on from that i still pulled up to the pick up window with a smile and said hi. The girl with the heavy lashes clipped up blonde wig is going to side eye me with a look up and down says nothing and turns away from me. But when she tried to say my name she did so incorrectly and i happily corrected her. She didn’t like when i gave her that same energy then turned to a little girl next to her and said “you see what I’m saying” little girl said “ yep mhm i saw that” blonde wig said the incorrect name Maria with my correct name Marina and threw her hands in the air to insinuate they’re the same because my ethnicity. I definitely don’t think she would have taken lightly someone doing that to her. Some would call this racists. And if they had visible name tags i would have said them instead of having to describe them. I checked the receipt on the bag and my name is spelled right. I guess Chick-fil-A employees out here assigning people new names. And then to top it off i had to go inside because i wasn’t given fries with the kids meals. And let me tell you now i see why those two had bad attitudes and didn’t care if they were rude. You can just tell when you walk in every employee looks like they didn’t want to be there. Even the manager. Everything starts with the higher ups. So what they see is what they do. If the GM cares to watch back and bring this to those employees attention. Date 11/12/24 Taken 4:54 Drive thru Order number 14517211 I definitely will opt out going back to this location should have read all the other...
