I purchased a replacement screen for approximately $70 earlier this week (Tuesday). Since then, I have repeatedly experienced issues, including the screen going black and displaying double images.
When I returned to the store to address the issue, the problem was not occurring at that exact moment. However, I explained to the representative that these issues persist when I am using the phone at home. Unfortunately, the representative seemed to assume I was not being truthful, despite my explanation that the malfunction is intermittent.
After some back and forth, the representative stated that he would replace the screen again, but it would take approximately 2.5 hours. Given that I had already returned once to correct a malfunctioning product, I felt my case should have been prioritized rather than treated dismissively.
Overall, the representative’s approach came across as rude, unhelpful, and confrontational, lacking the level of customer service I would expect.
I am requesting that management review this matter and assist in resolving my phone screen issue promptly.

Read moreI took my iPhone 15 Plus to them, a few weeks ago as I dropped it ONE TIME, with a case on it and the entire backing shattered. However, the case was containing the issue, so the phone was still working perfectly. It charged fully, made calls and texts totally fine and most importantly, all of the cameras worked without any problems. I felt that the phone should be fixed, so I took it in. The employee said he could repair the back and come back in 2 hours, so I did. After paying close to $300 on the repairs and a new case, I was all set. And this was with the “teacher discount “ he gave me.
Little did I know that the cameras were no longer working properly. Portrait mode is completely gone and the 0.5X lens is COMPLETELY BLURRY. I took it back in, another employee told me that I should have been told that the camera would be negatively impacted by the repair, but offered me no solution or anything to make it right.
