No customer service, horrible attitudes and poorly made drink.
Walked in- No greeting, I actually spoke to the white guy (supervisor) at the register, still no hello.
Got my drink- I said “thank you” to the white girl who made it. She didn’t say “you’re welcome”, nothing!
Drink was made wrong and oh did they both give me all kinds of attitudes.
I called corporate and to their surprise, all she could say was “that’s usually one of our nicer stores”. Could it be that I’m black, because others didn’t seem to get the same treatment.
I’ve already discontinued my account with Starbucks a few years ago, now I’m about to stop going completely. I highly doubt there will be a remedy to the customer service at this location, especially since that’s usually there...
