Wendy's — Restaurant in Brookhaven

They were busy and short staffed. At least that was their excuse. We waited awhile before placing our order while he fixed orders he had already taken.(ok) After he took our orders he started taking order from others and holding conversation with someone he apparently knew. I leaned on the counter so he would know I was still waiting. He had waited on and given orders to three other customers, who came after us, by this time. He noticed me and asked if I hadn't received my order yet (duh). At this time he picked up burgers still sitting there and made our order. Everything was cool so we gave them back. He seemed to make us a new order and we left. I got home and started eating. It was at this point I realized there was no way this was a fresh order as it was cooler than what we thought they replaced. I didn't have my SUV for I would have taken my food back to them. I ate this cool food because I was tired, hungry and in pain. I did not feel up to cooking me something else. We go to that Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week and feel we should not only stop going there but pass our experience on to our family, friends, work family and Masonic family. I'm thoroughly...

This could have gotten 5 stars if the woman behind the counter didnt have some type of split personallity. When me and my partner got here, we were not asked if we were eating in or out. So when I saw my food being packed in a bag I was not suprised. I know i was i little dirty from work on my lunch break, but not bad enough to get the look she gave me!. (Like i was a bum or streetwalker). Maybe thats why there was noone in the resturant.. so after I got my food and sat, she began to do rounds wiping off tables. She ses me and my partner and said "I didnt know you were dinning in?" I said "you didnt ask" .. she said "I know you wanna stay to look at me, because im so cute" *Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaah OmG OMG..... funniest thing i heard all day. I told her to keep her confidence up, and began to eat faster, so we could get out of here as fast as I could, but ended up enjoying my stay writing this review and listening to this woman try to be nice to new customers as the lunch rush began.....

1st of all... I've already said I'll never give Wendy's another penny after my nearly $40 order was wrong, missing stuff, cold and melted. I tried reaching staff AND corporate... never got emails back and never answered the phone.

Now this Wendy's.... is our original Wendy's. I may have decided to go here at some point... but when we DoorDash and you can't give me 1 out of 3 of my orders correct.... and we had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to get it... and do you think that cheap Wendy's customer tipped? Of course not....

Listen, do your job.... so we can do ours.

P.S. Strawberry frosty is a no go. Reminds me of children's cough medicine 🤢

Wendys... you aren't worth my money anymore... I don't even like having to wait in your slow drive-thrus to even deliver...
