Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Brookhaven

Refused to serve me because they were "closed". Full staff, restaurant full of people eating as well as waiting on orders. Drive thru was busy too. It's not my fault the doors weren't locked. I understand hours of business but I also understand how to increase revenue. 1 transaction size 2 traffic (more transactions). Most nights staying open past 9pm may not be very profitable but tonight if you could keep up that high volume of traffic until 10 or later it would have made sense to stay open. Thanks for refusing my money and sending me away hungry and unsatisfied. I generally love zaxbys but this location needs to learn what customer service is.

While visiting Brookhaven recently, it was nice to find Zaxbys in a town that used to only have the standard McDonalds, Burger King, etc type fast food restaurants that seem to be in every small to mid sized town in the state. They were pretty busy when I went in and there were several people in front of me, but it didn’t take long for them to call my number to pick up my food when it was ready. Several employees smiled and spoke to me making me feel like I was welcome and my business was appreciated. The food was great, on par with what I expect from a Zaxbys restaurant. It was nice to be able to grab some good food without much wait and enjoy it in a clean restaurant with a nicer and comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definately be...

The Brookhaven Zaxby's has really improved over the past three or four months. I have done app orders for pick up since the restaurant opened several years ago. Until about three months ago I always had to check my order because inevitably something would be forgotten. But over the past 3 months my orders have been perfect, even extra sauce in the bag without me having to ask at the counter.

The food also has improved over the past several months. I always order the Cobb salad with fried strips, and the one I picked up yesterday was the best yet. Whatever changes y'all have made, stick with them because I will be stopping by weekly if not more frequently. I have not a single complaint about the food or service...
