Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I went thru drive thru this evening and as i always do, i ordered a Lg Caramel Sundae with Extra Caramel. Well when they handed it to me, the ice cream was touching the top of the cup and barely any caramel. Now i pay over $6 for this sweet treat mind you, so i politely reminded the young man, i had requested extra caramel. He proceeded to unform me he couldnt add anymore because it would make the ice cream overflow. So i asked if he take out some of the ice cream. He quickly became agitated, turned around and when he got back to the window, the Large cup wasnt even to the rim and had the same amount of caramel as before. He stood there with a smirk as the girl handed it out the window. My hisband was driving so before i could say anything else he drove away. I then proceed to call and speak with a manager. I called and it ran and rang for the next 20 min, no answer. I live in the country so as i had almost made it home someone answered and i asked for a manager. When she got on the phone i explained that i had just paid over $6 for this Sundae and got close to no ice cream and a clump of caramel and also yold her about this young mans rudeness. All she could say was well sorry, i can put you some caramel in a cup. WHAT???? SHE DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS EXPLAINING AND ALSO TOLD ME THE YOUNG MAN WAS NOT AROUND, IF SHE SAW HIM SGE WOULD TALK TO HIM..... Come on now, REALLY?!?! So, from now on i will leep my $6 and go somewhere to someone who will appreciate it. Dairy Queens employees are mostly young people and most are nice some more than others, but this young man was rude, arrogent and obviously shouldn't be working with the public at all. Service was absolutely terrible we got there at 9:20 they said they were no longer serving burgers and then when we asked for a dip cone they said you probably don't want it because ice cream is too runny this is the worst service I've ever had it a Dairy Queen in my life I will never ever return there again the people there are very very rude they don't do their job the manager is so lazy she even took the money out of the registers at 20 minutes till before closing just so she didn't have to have serve customers and the customers were lined up all to the way. To the highway waiting in the Drive-Thru Lane and instead of making Burger she was turning them away and customers were still coming in door and they said the only registers was drive through and turning away customers and they were telling customers they could only sit around certain places in the restaurant the night manger needs to be...

Staff was horrible… blonde girl taking orders was very rude over the speaker and in person. I said “maam” because I didn’t hear what she said and she proceeded to speak louder but with a major attitude. Get to the window start getting my drinks and blizzards and our sneaker blizzard was just ice cream. We scrapped through it with the spoon even at the bottom to make sure it just didn’t mix well and there was nothing in it so I asked if they could fix it some boy in there said I guess I can fix it and slammed the window then proceeded to make the blizzard in a smaller cup than we ordered then slammed the window again after giving me the blizzard. Gravy was BURNT LITERALLY CRISPY on top from sitting in the heated line to long. Very disappointed will not go back.
