This place deserves 10 stars !! I’m out here in Boston because my son goes to The Jimmy Fund Clinic for chemotherapy and Brigham and Womens for radiation. We’re not from here, we live about 50 miles away and are staying at The Boston House. We have no idea what’s good for eats around here. So once a week I pick a random place and order from them for dinner. I’m so glad I picked this place ! I love the old fashioned onion rings ! So many other pizzerias use the frozen pre made kind and it’s awful. Such a large order for the price too !! The boom boom sauce that came with them is so delicious and spicey ! We love spice over here so it was perfect. And then goodness grace I did not expect the calzone to be as huge as it was !! It’s was so stuffed that when I took one of the ends off the cheese, chicken, bacon and tomatoes came spilling out and the cheese just stretched so far as I pulled the piece away. It was so delicious ! And the marinara sauce that comes with the calzone was so delectable, thick and sweet and robust. The delivery man was so sweet too ! The pictures of my order truly do not do the food any justice, literally the largest order of onion rings and largest calzone I’ve ever seen in my life LOL. In the smaller cities it’s more expensive and the calzones are always so tiny and thin. Nothing at all compared to what Brookline pizza spa delivered to me here today. I’ll never forget this place and will try to order from them when ever I can, when ever I’m in Boston. Maybe bring my friends and some family there to try it out. I’ve already sent photos and great word about this place before I even finished what I could of my order. Thank you to all the staff there at Brookeline Pizza Spa. The food was amazing ! Delivery was speedy. And the price point was just as great. I highly...

tl;dr - had a bad experience with incompetent cashier, food is ok

I walked in and placed an order on November 24, 2024 around 12:30pm. Several problems followed: The cashier didn't understand I wanted to order two subs and a pizza, despite me pointing to the menu items on the counter menu. He entered the order incorrectly twice. After he got my order entered correctly, I was called up to pick up my steak + cheese 10 minutes later. But it wasn't a steak and cheese, it was a slice of pizza. Five minutes after that, I'm called up for my meatball sub. Only it isn't a meatball sub, it is an eggplant parm. Ten minutes later, I'm called up to pick up a cheese pizza. I had ordered pepperoni. Fortunately, the cashier had just mis-read the receipt and it was in fact pepperoni.

Kudos to the manager for helping straighten all this out, but I've never seen a cashier get so much wrong for what I thought was a simple order.

My son later told me: "oh, you shouldn't order anything but pizza at Spa". That's fine, but if getting non-pizza items is going to be such an ordeal, please take them off the menu.

Please give this feedback to your cashier. Hopefully they'll improve!

Food is ok for the price point. Indoor space is really warm (80F+), making it uncomfortable to stay to eat or wait a long time...

I am a regular customer of The Brookline spa. I love you guys and I’ve been coming to you guys for many many many years. All of the items that you guys serve are absolutely delicious. Five stars. I love everyone that works there. They’re always so positive and so kind to talk to. I have a suggestion and it is concerning to me. Today is only 66° outside and when I went inside, The Brookline spa, it felt extremely extremely hot very very difficult for your employees to work under those conditions and it’s only 66°. Imagine when it gets 90° and above. My suggestion is you should really supply The Brookline spa with air conditioning because that is unfair to treat your employees in these types of work conditions. I’m only saying this because I feel like they work really hard and they sacrifice a lot. So the minimum is for them to have comfortable working conditions and that’s not much to ask for. Please think about and consider providing air conditioning for The Brookline spa for the employees. Their performance is gonna go up dramatically I really think , this is something that should be...

I’ve been coming here for years and never bothered to write a review but it’s always been amazing food with great service. What inspired me today is that it feels like all of my go to takeout spots have drastically increased their prices, cut portion sizes or both. I don’t blame them, they have to survive but there are so many restaurants I used to go to that just don’t feel worth it these days. Brookline Pizza Spa is an exception. Their prices are still very fair and their portions are huge without sacrificing quality. I ordered a bunch of sandwiches from here for visiting family and they all were great. This is the first time in a while I can remember thinking “this was worth it”. Not only that but the woman I talked to on the phone was so nice and the delivery driver was also very very kind. I don’t get service like that anywhere these days. Please go here and support them. They deserve it and you won’t be disappointed.

I got a vegetarian sandwich, the Woodward boooo..the eggplant tasted of old oil, The whole sandwich did I hoped to have a pesto mayo taste but it didn't come thru. The single piece provolone was the texture of paper/plastic. The only thing that Maybe this place has good pizza and meat subs . Don't have a vegetarian sandwich on menu if it's not bomb, filling and fresh. I wish I had tried something else. If you're vegetarian let me know what you get from here. Otherwise vegetarian sandwich eaters stay away from the Woodward. The people seem nice and place is clean.
