Starbucks — Restaurant in Brooklyn Center

Consistently the worst Starbucks I go to. I only go to this specific location on the weekends as it is unfortenutaly the closest one to where I live. Weekdays I go to one closer to my work place and they are great. This location is horrible. They never fully listen to your drink order, so more often then not it is in correct. When you call them out on it, they make up excuses and try to make you think that you do not know how a drink gets made, despite the fact that you have been drinking the same drink for longer then the entire crew has been working at a Starbucks combined. When food is ordered, the bag usually has some form of smear on it and they hand it to you with no napkin. The weekend drink "maker" is rushing so much that the presentation and idea of a clean cup is lost on him. Every drink I have received has spill marks all over it, and is filled so full that it spills on my hand when they reach through their drive through window and hand me a drink. But they never offer a napkin or stopper for the drink. When I ask for either, they sigh, and...

Fast service from generally friendly employees. Although, I stopped coming here in the evenings due to terrible customer service! I am excited to try my coffee today since it was made by The Best Barista Starbucks has!! Too bad I don't know his name! We can just call him Bouncy!!! :-)

The location and parking lot are another story and the majority of why this establishment only got 3 stars. To get in or out of this location is a nightmare. And any new model, lower to the ground, cars will be Extremely hesitant to drive out of your parking lot. There is no room to manuver so the car doesn't scrape bottom. The delivery trucks block all visibility, so hopefully you get out without an accident. This One Way In, One Way Out Establishment only receives my business a few times a summer. I can't say enough good things about this Starbucks! The team that works here is exceptional and always treats me with such patience and kindness. The drive through is always full but they keep a well oiled machine and move things along quickly. They are always smiling and laughing! Every time I bring my dog with me they offer him a puppacino and he gets so excited to see them. My drink is always made to perfection and on the very small chance it isn't they make sure to fix it right away. Every employee I've encountered has been a joy to work with and they deserve to be commended. The team is fantastic and I'm so happy to visit them regularly!

The only complaint I have with the store is that when they did the remodel they set up a bunch of pub tables in the middle of the store. I'm sure the intention was to create a waiting line for the registers but it makes it difficult to get in and out of the store and it's a pretty...
