I am sad to rate this place so harshly because of one employee who happens to be the Manager on the morning shift of 5/18/2018 who comes to work carrying her own issue.
I had a mobile order which she had difficulty processing through. The already flustered manager had to call a subordinate to help her process the order which somehow made her mad and turned her anger towards me, acting up as if i am the cause of the complication.
She started to put the order in a to go bag but i told her that it was for eat-in. She gives me bad body language, drops my order and moves on. I ask for a strawberry jelly, at which time she snaps and asks me if i have anymore things to ask.
The thing is, if she had asked the first time, i wouldnt have to keep correcting the order but she never does. She does what she thinks and gets angry with each correction.
I hadnt said anything to her till her last remark, at which point I said I havent asked for anything extra than what the job routinely entails and walked away. It is at this point that she yelled out for everyone to hear that i was being rude to her, fully entitled to reverse the meaning of the word all together; being rude...all the more accusing me of the same thing she is imparting.
I frequent the McDonalds at least three times a week, have done so for the last eight years. I have never had any problem with any of the staff that had been there for at least two years; i am actually in a very cordial and/or playful with literally all the staff who enjoy what they do.This one with a pink extension is something else! She feels she is above it, when the fact is that she is a manager but has problems completing tasks and carries her problems to work and it shows.
I went back to the store. Some shifts know how to process mobile orders. The same manager still has no idea how to read mobile orders. I drive down there to pick my order, through a drive through, give her the numer RY16, she says that there is no mobile order. I went around thinking the order hasnt registered, same thing. Need to either shut down mobile orders when she is on her shift or train her to do her job!
1 is what i rate this place...that cant...
Read moreToday, I visited the McDonald's at 7865 W Broadway, Brooklyn Park, MN, and was highly disappointed with the service.
I arrived around 2:20 PM and chose the left lane since someone was already ordering there, while another car chose the right lane. A woman on the intercom said, "just a second," and took the order from the right lane first, which was fine. However, after that, I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order, and when another car with an online order arrived, she took it immediately. A couple times before this I said hello and tooted my horn to no avail.
This made me quite frustrated, especially because the same thing happened the last time I visited this McDonald's a year ago. I had a feeling it would happen again when I pulled into the left lane.
Then, two cars drove straight through to the window, and the person behind me backed up and switched to the right lane, where their order was taken immediately. Meanwhile, I had been skipped twice, not counting the cars that drove through. Annoyed but still trying to stay polite, I backed up and moved to the right lane, thinking something might be broken on the left side.
In the right lane, I waited again and even asked, "Did you forget about me over there?" but received no response. Another minute passed with no response, and I lost my patience. I backed out of the drive-thru, letting someone else around me. With my windows down, I heard them place their order without any issue. I finally drove away, honking my horn and expressing my frustration.
I went to McDonald's hoping for a simple comfort meal after attending a friend's wake, but instead, I felt disregarded. This experience has deterred me from visiting McDonald's for a while. Please improve the service at that location because you never know when someone is having a bad day and just needs a burger to feel a...
Read moreMost horrible service! I went there around 10:40 p.m, and was stuck in drive through for about a good 10 to 15 minutes. Order some foods with a few fries off off their Mcpick menu, and got charged for some pies. I waited so long, that when it was my turn to pay, I just told the cashier to keep the change and I drove to the next window. The lady at the second window confirmed my first meal only, so i told her what my full order was. When she gave me the bag of food, I noticed the fries were missing. So I told her, and she went to grab the shift manager. I had to repeat my order to the shift manager, and was told to go inside for my refund and she will correct my foods. So I went inside and realize, they didn't even give me the pies that they charged me! (What if I really order and paid for pies and drove off without them?) The manager did not apologize at all for the inconvenience, which was pretty upsetting. The manager refund the pies and charged me for fries. She went and grabbed the fries and put it in a bag, she then drop them to the ground. So she tossed the bag away and went back to grab me some fries, (ANYTIME ANYONE PICK UP ANYTHING FROM THE GROUND, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING FOODS) When the bag got to me and I looked inside, there was 1 order of large fries. Boy, I flipped out at that point. I been telling them that I wanted two fries from the Mcpick menu. She still did not apologize and told me she is going to refund me and charge me for the two fries. At that point, YOU SHOULD BE GIVING A FULL REFUND FOR THE FRIES AT NO CHARGE AND MAKING GOD DAMM SURE THAT YOU CORRECT MY FOODS. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 20 WHOLE MINUTES AND REPEAT MY ORDER OVER AND OVER AGAIN? RIDICULOUS! I did not get to...
