I placed a DoorDash order she had to wait a good 15 mins for my order per my tracking method . When I opened the sealed bag I noticed that a couple items were missing. I immediately drove to the McDonald’s to retrieve those items in case there was an additional bag that was missed. Mind you I just spent $40 there .( 4 breakfast sandwiches , big breakfast and 2 coffees)advised the employees what I was missing and showed the receipt. The smart mouth Spanish lady said that she packed the bag said I was lying that the DoorDash driver ate my food. I told her To rewind the cameras and see if she actually did it that ,she said I will. she may have gave it to another customer…and it happens…she may have made it but it was not in my bag ,I also told them that I wouldn’t be here in my pajamas. If I had my food. The manager that was African-American was very rude disrespectful saying that the delivery driver ate my food too, ripped my receipt out of my hand and wanted to argue with me about a sandwich that was missing and the big breakfast I was missing. He continued with the smart mouth comments during this horrible transaction. These folks really needed to be evaluate To do better When it comes to customer relations. I advised them that if it was their food, they would be doing the same exact thing, I will never DoorDash here again to get the response I got from the store itself is absurd to treat the customers that pay their salary that they cry about. Y’all need to be taught respect and courtesy to customers treating me like that.i know the area is the ghetto but as an employee for a company ,you should be blessed to have a job. I wish I could give zero stars for service because their service sucks. Read more*Updated Summer 2025: Multiple Issues with this location when receiving food from Doordash, as well as physically out to get tne order. Most times something is missing or not right, and they BARELY fill up fries & drinks even when u order a Large. Today ordered 2 meals received ONE sandwich. Sandwich sent muffin was Stale & Dry. Looked like somebody just slapped it together; wasn't toasted and just a sad Mcmuffin.)
(Not going to go into the crispy chicken I got from here that was tiny & pure RUBBER w/ no mayo lettuce nothing!)
4:53pm on Friday Oct 21, 2022: So I'm trying to find out about the extreme Price Gauging HORRIBLE $$$ Hikes that I'm all of a sudden seeing on the Doordash app for my closest McDonalds on Ritchie Highway. $22-$27 and change for 10 piece nugget crispy chicken, quarter pounder and big Mac meals??? I took screenshots and have them saved in my computer. Called Doordash agent said call the McDonald's. Called the McDonalds and was told by somebody "Well we can't do anything." Naturally I did not order anything and won't if I keep seeing these prices. Ridiculous. Shameful. And Disgusting. They also were trying to blame me for not seeing the person come out with my food.
