Ordered dinner for our kids after arriving from BWI Sunday night totaled $60. Rob who obviously hates his life, took my order and repeated it back to me properly. Over an hour later as I'm calling to check on the delayed order I see the delivery driver approaching a house down the block. I intercepted our food thankfully because I wasnt even asked to sign my credit card receipt. Delivery driver was a sweet man however. Back inside we realize our orders are all wrong. Every sub has cheese although I specifically ordered "just meat and bread" on one, which Rob repeated word for word. One child is severely lactose intolerant. Another sub was smothered in mustard (w.t.f.), the poppers n fries were cold, like not even fully cooked or sat in a fridge before delivery. All these mistakes seemed intentional. I call about the food and Rob instantly jumps down my throat telling me I ordered it wrong before I even finish explaining the issues. After about 20 mins of back and forth (I still had an hour drive ahead at 10pm, I wasnt waiting another hour + for my kids corrected food which was probably contaminated judging from Robs attitude) Rob says my card will be refunded in 72 hours and they will come get the food. I asked to still speak to the manger because I'm pretty much in tears after dealing with him and all the kids are beyond disappointed. At that point Rob puts me on hold and I'm on hold for 5 mins, I hang up, call back and my call goes unanswered. My friend calls from her phone and gets an answer from Rob "Hello Pizza Bolis". Rob informs her he was too busy to answer my call and the manager was currently busy fixing other wrong orders (winners) and they will not be fixing ours nor will we be getting a refund. My friend orders from there about once a week and never has been treated like this. She asks Rob again to speak to the manager and is put on hold for about 10 mins before she hangs up. We call from both of our phones again and are ignored. But when we used a different number, he answered "Hello Pizza Bolis". By now I've wasted atleast 30mins trying, ontop of the hour + we waited, to get a refund and give these people their food back. We offered to take the food back for a refund and Rob said the manager will not refund us. We got McDonald's (whose employees didn't hate their lives so much) and drove home basically robbed for $60. It gets better though. No wonder Rob n his manager (if Rob even informed the manager or if there was even one there) had no shame in their horrible customer service, when trying to reach cooperate the recording stating they were currently closed and to call M-F 9am-5pm (which it was) played all day and their voicemail box was full. So $60 and over 90 mins of my life wasted waiting on food that my kids couldn't eat and being totally disrespected by a sorry excuse for a man who allowed whatever pride he has get in the way of fixing the mistake made on our order AKA, his job. Read moreThe pizza was a step below inadequate, to begin with. The crab was more than likely artificial, as the crab pizza that I ordered reaked tremendously of tainted seafood. Furthermore, the pizza was plain tasting and did not contain the alfredo sauce, red onions, tomatos and was not seasoned with anything, as listed on the menu. Additionally, the pizza arrived luke-warm and the garlic butter sauce (which tasted nothing distinctly like butter or garlic) was solid, indicating that the pizza had either been stuck for far too long in transit, or simply not put under a heat lamp as the rest of my order was prepared. The driver delivering my order had no insulated bag to carry the order and keep it hot. The delivery took over an hour to arrive, so I suspect that the pizza was not fresh. Additionally, I paid the delivery driver the proper amount with tip and he came back to scam me, stating that I did not include a tip what-so-ever. This could have been mitigated as well, granted had I been given the option to pay with a credit card. This option was never provided to me over the phone. In summation, this pizza joint is a scam for individuals that expect an authentic taste of Maryland and the staff does not care whether or not the service is positive. The man reading these reviews from the business' quality assurance department is an idiot as well and has not properly addressed these poor reviews. The delivery guy came back after leaving and said we didn't give him enough (trying to trick us into giving him more money). Absolutely not. I have a degree in math and last time I checked $29 plus $5 is $34. 1st issue. Second issue was the food. Horrible cannot even describe it. The pizza was described as having "crab meat, red onions, tomatoes, Alfredo sauce with special seasons, and extra cheese. There was no red onions, tomatoes, or Alfredo sauce with special seasons. It was bland crust with an overload of tomato sauce and cheese. The crab meat was sparse and flavorless. The mushrooms were bland as well with no seasoning at all. I can literally go to the grocery and buy all the ingredients for less than $28 and cook a massively better tasting pizza. It's sad that I almost can't buy anything out anymore because of the poor quality of ingredients and the fact I can cook better. We threw it out after tasting it and now it feels like a dense, heavy, lump in my stomach. I almost want to vomit it up in order to stop the nausea.
