Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Brooklyn

I recently went here on 11/23/20 around 8:30pm and ordered a 14" Hot Buttered Cheesesteak, 14" Romanburger with extra chz & 2 sides of funnel cake fries. There were 2 customers in front of me and one of them ordered 10 sandwiches so I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order. The wait although long didn't bother me because I love Mr Hero and used to work in the did industry so I understand what it is like to get swamped with orders ask at once but when I finally recieved my order it was completely wrong and not up to the usual standards. I recieved 3 7" cheesesteaks & 1 7" romanburger with 2 sides of funnel cakes that weren't even half full. The sandwiches themselves just weren't good period. I tried calling this establishment for 15 minutes and nobody would answer the phone and then I tried calling the next day figuring they were just still busy the night before only to be hung up on twice. Mistakes happen especially when it's busy but my order was a complete mess on every aspect and even worse trying to reach this establishment to vice my concerns seemed to be an even more difficult task. Needless to say I won't be going back here as I was breathing to a friend how good this mr hero was only for me to look foolish and then can't even get it corrected. Sad because I frequent different Mr Hero's often as it's one of my favorite fast food establishments but I won't be returning...

Joyce is very bitter, she shouldn’t be working anymore. All staff was unpleasant, been in there 3 times have yet to meet someone friendly. Very dirty, men’s bathroom was disgusting & unkept. Garbage was overflowing in the dining area. It is cleaner during dinner hours then lunch hours, but all 3 times I have gone food has been soggy, cheese has been uncooked and food tastes as if they microwaved it. I didn’t see anyone wearing gloves which I found gross . Employee uniforms are also an eye sore, you can tell it’s a very unupdated unmanaged place. I think management needs to change and younger faster staff brought in and more staff. Their were only 2 people working while the older lady stood behind the counter then walked past the kitchen cooks into the back. During dinner time I saw one boy working and he never knew what he was doing. They need to update their store and get more staff from what I saw they only have 4 employees . Very poorly managed . Completely unprofessional!!!!!!! I couldn’t wait to get this food home with my family but the woman who took our order messed every sandwich up. Not a single one was made right. When I called up there I asked the woman working if she could give me her managers information or if she could read the cook order receipt back she told me to bring the sandwiches back the next morning and then hung up on me. I can’t wait to bring back your mess up in the morning and hopefully talk to a professional who knows how to work with their customers.
