THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS THE MALL VERSION. I wanted to love this. Not having to go to a mall and all that stuff. But this place is a disappointment. Dont bother trying it if its anywhere around lunvh or dinner or expect a 1hr wait. Iv tried it 4 times now and will not be returning. The staff don't speak english, they mix up tickets and they charge u for sauce. On to the food. If u are going here for a general chicken teriyaki, u will be okish. If ur going here expecting mall teriyaki greatness. DO NOT GO. Its extremely inconsistent. My final strike was buying extra chicken and shrimp cause they give u so little to begin with compared to the mall, and i didnt get the extra. They keep the cooked chicken in a giant tin and what u get was cooked awhile ago and not fresh like the mall version. Not to mention iv had issues of no sauce on the food and having to buy extra, to buying extra only for my food to come extra sauced and wasted 2.75$ on extra sauce i wont use. Its just not good and im extremely disappointed. Picture shows result. If ur a true fan, u know then when u buy at the mall and get extra chicken or shrimp, its loaded...

I remember this as being in the mall food court and being irresistible, so I was stoked that it took the place of Boston market. I ordered online and said my order would be ready by 1:51. I got there around 1:40ish thinking it would be ready because it’s quick to put together. It was ready when I walked in and quick service. I took it home and ate it and it was luke warm at best, should I have waiting till after 1:50 it would have been cold. I was very disappointed in the quality and taste of food honestly it was just bad and bland all around. No flavor and not nearly as good as I remember at the mall. The quality must have just gone down but I wouldn’t come here again based on the taste of my food. I didn’t even want to finish it I gave the rest of my teriyaki chicken pieces to my dog. Would absolutely skip this place if you don’t want to be disappointed...

Would absolutely NOT recommend anyone going here. Food was cold and tastless. Ordered chicken teriyaki and barely had any chicken or veggies. Even the rice was bad. Management was very rude. The Grand opening special for chicken teriyaki was $5.99 through January 23-26, 2025 ( i went on the 24th) and the Manger tried to take my coupon on the back of my flyer .....coupon on the back was good till March 16, 2025. He kept trying to take my flyer to cut out the coupon. This lasted several minutes. I told him that coupon is not for special. He was VERY rude and incompetent. Will never return to this location. I will be driving to mall to eat at...
