Firehouse Subs Ridge Park Square — Restaurant in Brooklyn

Ordered three sandwich’s and while eating mine. I bit into a hard piece of thick plastic. Tooth hurts and gums bleeding. I called the store and spoken Camron the manager. Explained what happened. He told me he didn’t know what to do or how to handle this situation. I asked for another manger above him. He told me the guy who runs the store the owner was Australian and was visiting family in Australia. I asked for a refund or credit for the food we bought. I placed an online order. Which very plainly and in half inch bold lettering states what is and is not to be on the food. I also ordered a 10 dollar bottle of hot sauce that did not even come with it. The order arrived sealed so the Uber driver was not at fault. They have good food but think? If there was a food allergy and these details were missed a person could die. If I could give a zero i would. The mushrooms did not exist, the hot sauce was not there, there was bbq sauce on the sandwich and a pickle, both of which can cause literal death to someone with a fatal illness. Firehouse Subs is expensive but we love their subs and have dine at many locations across the area however I will never dine at this location in Brooklyn, Ohio. After our experience of a very rude manager screaming and yelling at customers to calling the police on our family because I asked for our money back so we can eat somewhere else. We got our money back and left the store to never return again. So sad this owner is loosing so much business because of this female manager. Lost at least 6 customers just the time we were there.
