Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Brooklyn

Whoever made my order deserves a SERIOUS raise! This was 8-7-23 at 10:58 according to my receipt. I had a somewhat what difficult order and you NAILED IT! I got a Carmel cappuccino blast made with Oreo s’mores ice cream and my friend got a mocha cappuccino blast with chocolate ice cream. We also got 2 scoops of s’mores Oreo ice cream. Ooh and also got a strawberry sprinkle donut at the last minute, i hate adding things on at the window so I truly I appreciated your patience. Our drinks were not only correct, but I really feel like the person who made them went above and beyond. They topped so them nicely and took pride in making them really delicious drinks. I believe it was a female who made our order, the only name on the receipt is Ashraf I’m not 100% sure if that’s who made the order or just rang it up. But really, the whole crew was working hard and doing a great job! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a Baskin Robins. Anyways, to whoever made our order: Thank you, you did an incredible job! I hope you get that raise, you 100%...

For starters we waited in a long line for a good 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the speaker I asked for a banana split, they didn’t have that then I asked for a sundae and they also couldn’t make that then I asked for a Sprinkled cone with two scoops of ice cream and sprinkles on top when we pulled to the window and got our things he handed me a bag with a BOWL of ice cream, no cone nor sprinkles. We then asked for a SPRINKLED CONE and he handed us a churro cone. I do not like anything that tastes like cinnamon but i had already added my ice cream to the cone before i realized what type of cone it was. I could not even enjoy or finish my ice cream because the taste of cinnamon makes my stomach turn. Overall the service...

I drive for a food delivery service and came through the drive thru to place and pick up an order. They no longer carried an item the customer ordered so I had to contact them to find out what replacement they wanted. I already waited in line 10 minutes and asked if I could add on the item at the window. I was told, "no." Instead, I had to go back through the drive thru once more and wait another 10 minutes. I know they could've added on the item but felt the need to be obnoxious instead. They also handed me the smoothie with it pouring down the side...
