Don’t care for the atmosphere of the store, recently visited with my fiancé and 2 teen daughters who like to obviously shop in different sections then the adults. Well my visit today was very uncomfortable to where I felt profiled and my 2 teens were being followed by employees to where I had to constantly go follow them to make sure they were not being harassed needless to say I couldn’t shop comfortably. The store was also quite empty, merch and customers. Unfortunately if I can’t shop comfortably I do not spend hard earned money, I will not return...

It's true what the comments say... No, they don't have a great selection of things. Yes, it's a mess. Yes, there is a constant long line. Yes, customer service is bad. I asked for a gift receipt for two items, I told the cashier BEFORE she began scanning, I got home and the gift receipt was for the gift bags I bought to put the 2 gifts in. The sad part is I can't even go back to rectify the situation bc traffic is ridiculous in that shopping center... Maybe she did it on purpose so in case they were to return it they won't be...

Shoe department was very disorganized with shoes sizes all mixed up, though they did carry some good brands. Overall the store was extremely messy and gave me the impression of a thrift store. The shelves were practically bare in HomeGoods and this was right when the store opened for the day. I would not go out of my way to come back. Much prefer TJMaxx and Marshalls, both of which are always more organized, clean and well stocked. I think that new management...
