Service is horrible spent 20 minutes waiting just for someone to take my order the two girls working there today just kept looking at me and my girlfriend and going to the back the DoorDash tablet was going off near the register and the one girl came to turn it off and didn’t even acknowledge us waiting at the register to order then when they finally did acknowledge us and take our order the chubbier one was ignorant as hell to us on top of waiting 20 minutes to order we waited another 30 minutes for our smoothies to be made I get that when working in a fast food place it can be busy and sometimes you have to wait but that is just ridiculous then she told another customer that she isn’t taking anymore orders for 30 minutes what type of service is that if you can’t handle the busyness then why are you working in this type of work since I been waiting for my order she told five people that she isn’t taking anymore orders orders that is crazy I wouldn’t recommend coming...

I love pulp and I love that there is finally one close to my house. With that being said I hope this new location is just working on figuring the kinks out and find this to be helpful. With 6 staff members I should not have had to wait nearly 15 minutes for one smoothie. As I waited I watched another customer dissatisfied (and expressed to me) how sloppy her wrap was made and then had to ask one of the six staff members to pour her drink that was sitting in the blender finished but not poured. It appeared one gal was new and being trained but they left her alone to figure out how to clean the juicer...which is clearly what took my drink so long. Lastly, some engagement from the staff like a smile and thank you would be helpful and attention to the dinning room cleanliness was needed. Clean store. The two girls working weren’t busy when I got in. I asked for a large bet smoothie with ginger. I know the smoothie comes with strawberries in it as well, but it’s like they forgot to add the beet. It’s just a very runny sickly sweet smoothie full of strawberry seeds. If they had been busy when they made my drink I’d understand and likely not post, but I think the workers didn’t communicate when making my drink and were perfectly able to. Now I wasted ten of my dollars because someone didn’t double check the recipe or juice machine setting. I will say as well that the girl working the counter looked incredibly young, borderline too young to work.
