Came here during Christmas time. Was super busy so I understand why it took so long to get my drink out no problem I’ve worked customer service for the last 6 years I get it. Everything was fine until I noticed how this girl was acting towards all the customers(she didn’t say anything to me personally because I didn’t speak to her) but everyone who asked her a question she was super rude to them. Lots of attitude you could tell the customers were getting to her. She was talking to them like they are dumb. If it was a regular worker then ok but she was wearing the black apron that said something about manager or supervisor so if she is a manager she should understand how she should act being in that position. If she gets stressed out about work so easy that she can’t control how she speaks then she shouldn’t be in charge of everyone. I understand customers can get overwhelming sometimes but you are trained that the customer is always right and to be nice a respectful towards customers they are the reason you have a paycheck. I think her name was Angelina or something i don’t know it started with an A and she was working Christmas Day at 9:40am wearing a black apron she had dark hair that was in a braid. Also forgot my cold foam and when i asked for some on the side I waited 10 more minutes and never got it so i just left. I understand you are busy but its a side of cold foam instead of giving ur customers attitude why not just go grab it yourself quickly? Once again she was not saying anything rude to me this was all just from observing how she is speaking to everyone else around me. Read morevery poor customer service with bad attitudes. if you don’t like your job!!! find a new one!!!!! i order my drink 15 minutes ago while i went there and still wasn’t ready while my co worker who ordered her drink after me, was ready. okay fine then i got my drink after waiting and it’s a caramel frapp CARMEL DRINK SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY COME WITH CARMEL DRZZLE CORRECT??? okay it didn’t so i asked a lady with short blond hair who made my drink to re make it, she gave me attitude and took the thing back and told me it doesn’t say it on the cup… which every time i order this drink it comes with caramel drizzle every time so??? and then left my drink and did 4 other things while all she had to do to my drink was put a LID on the cup, but instead she started to make 3 other drinks and went to the back to grab supplies. my co worker then asked her to just put a lid on the cup so we could get back to work and she said “be patient next time and order your drink correctly” rude just so rude with the amount of money everyone that i work with gives to this starbucks and for them to always be so rude and unprofessional is just crazy! this will be another call your your guys corporate once again. find a job that makes you happy and if you guys being busy makes you guys have a bad attitude to the customers then get out of the service industry where you have to work with other human beings! find new staff this starbucks has gone down tremendously since the manager KAI has started. all very unhappy workers put a smile...
Read moreI want to start off by saying Starbucks is my favorite place in the world, so this experience was very disappointing. The girl at the register was very friendly, but she told me this was her 4th day, and she didn’t have anyone coaching or helping her. On Black Friday you leave a new employee alone? So she didn’t really know how to ring anything up and was obviously following a script. This was a special outing for myself and my father in law, we only really get to go out together once every couple of months, so we sat and talked for a while. We wanted to get our free refills, since I’m a gold card member, and the register girl didn’t know how to ring it up, that’s fine, she asked her co workers, and IF they stopped to help her they gave me a dirty look for wanting a free refill, then kinda helped her out. So what ended up happening is that for the refill for my trenta iced coffee with white mocha and cream I got a grande cold brew, and my father in law’s hot tea refill wasn’t rang up at all. So when I told the baristas on bar about the mixup, the blonde girl on hot bar starts grilling me and telling me that I didn’t pay for my drinks, and the poor guy on cold bar, John, was so overwhelmed but did his very best to make it right.
