Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Brooklyn

The food is good, but the service today rubbed me the wrong way. One of the employees apparently had a reunion with an old friend which dominated my entire visit. The employee chose to stand by the cash register and yell about her child and its father while screaming profanities, repeatedly pulling her mask down without much regard to the space or people around her. This also meant that they were blocking lids and cups for myself or other customers. It's one thing to have a casual conversation with a friend you see at work, it's entirely another to start swearing and acting like you're not at work. I really couldn't care less about swearing in general, but keep it to yourself in your workplace. It sets a poor and unprofessional tone for your store, especially when nobody else does...

I’ve never been here before but WORST experience ever. Pick up time was 6:21. The sandwiches were made but we had to wait on fries- they were giving out fries to numerous people that came in after me (doesn’t make any lick of sense). 20 MINUTES LATER we were given fries and our hot sandwiches sat so we asked if hey, can you make these fresh please? And we were told ‘we can’t do that’. Now we’re home, $30 dollars later we have some soggy, and I mean SOGGY, sandwiches and mediocre fries. I understand being busy but customer service 0/10. Time management 0/10.

Worst experience with penn station ever . Wife ordered Reuben and almost threw up from the amount of grease on the sandwich. After one bite called the store and was informed that the owners wanted the sandwich back because they just can't give out free food. So after 10 hours of work she returned the so called sandwich and was told that the owners would maybe refund the money . Hopefully these franchise owners are on the up and up or maybe fox 8 or other avenues need to be explored. Sad because we gave Penn Station in old brooklyn multiple chances and didn't deliver like...
