Went to Cap'n D's today for lunch. Ordered blackened tilapia, blond girl with bun on top of her head stated they had no grilled fish. Coming from a distance away and being diabetic, I ordered the shrimp, my wife had the same. I had to peel off the breading, which I am not allowed to have. We sat near another couple that was in line after us. We got our food first, then very shortly after their order came out. I noticed that they had grilled tilapia!! I went up to the counter to the blond girl who was engaged in heavy conversation with a long haired worker. I said how come the people directly behind us got tilapia and we were told by you that there was no grilled fish available. Her response was that the grilled fish just arrived right after she took our order. I said 2 minutes after we placed our order? We were still standing at the counter getting our drinks!!! She clearly could have said something to us so I could have changed my order. Her idiotic response was well I am sorry. Really!! Sorry???This is unacceptable behavior on her part. Why was she so prejudiced against us? She literally lied to our faces. Here's an idea Cap'n D's, how about hiring competent employees. I will not...

WE ORDERED THE GRILLED SALMON DINNER WHICH INCLUDES RICE TWO SIDES AND A ROLL AND WE WERE UPCHARGED FOR THE SECOND SIDE ITEM WHICH WE WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SECOND SIDE ITEM AS IT IS INCLUDED IN THE GRILLED SALMON DINNER AND THE SALMON WAS EXTREMELY DRY OVER COOKED AND SLIGHTLY BURNT ON THE END THE SECOND DINNER WE ORDERED WAS THE TWO PIECE CHICKEN DINNER AND THE CHICKEN WAS ALSO EXTREMELY DRY AND OVERCOOKED OUR TOTAL ON THIS ORDER WAS $19.35!!!

THE DAY CAPTAIN D'S OFF BROAD STREET BROOKSVILLE FLORIDA HAD FIRST OPENED UP WE ORDERED THE GRILLED SALMON DINNER AND THE CATFISH DINNER AND ON THAT ORDER WE WERE NOT UPCHARGED ON THE SIDE ITEMS AND THE GRILLED SALMON DINNER WAS GOOD AND THE CATFISH DINNER WAS GOOD!!!
