Culver’s — Restaurant in Brooksville

Drive-through so I would not have to get out and go in since I’m recovering from total hip replacement and the condiments I requested twice to make sure that I get them we’re not in the bag so I had to get out and go in To request them. Sadly, no one even apologize for the inconvenience. I guess it’s typical these days. next time before I let them walk away from my car, I will check to make sure everything‘s in the bag. Once I discovered, I had no condiments that I had requested. I tried to catch the guy again when he brought out another order and he went around the corner before I could get his attention. Then he went in the other door, so I never saw him again lol. So next time, I’ll just check my bag for everything but when I request something twice, I would think it would be in the bag. We come to this location a lot, for the most part without problems. However, on 10/30/24 approximately 9pm, we ordered 4 burger meals and custards to go. It took much longer than usual to get food. The young staff was obviously being foolishness and talking about inappropriate things at a loudness the customers could hear. Eating our burgers on the way home we discovered all 4 burgers were scant on condiments to the point you couldn't even taste them. Also, the buns where crunchy. I have never had a crunchy burger bun at Culver's previous to today. We also order the Turtle Dove custard. There were so many pecans in it that you could not even taste the custard, pecan to custard ratio was well out of proportion. Owners need to check into what's going on with night shift. Every employee inside was SO kind, accommodating, and seemed just happy to be there! We came as a big group celebrating cousins 8th birthday and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. To our suprise he received a FREE icecream, basketball, plushie, song, AND got to MEET SCOOPY THE ICECREAM MAN! 🍦🥳 I’ve already assured them i’d be coming back for MY birthday! FOOD was EXCEPTIONAL as always! 😋 If you’re making the trip to a Culvers locations 👏LET👏IT👏BE👏THIS👏ONE👏.
