Before store was closed for three months for renovation the staff was great, organized, and polite. The few times I’ve visited recently since they have reopened, the staff have been rude, left my orders sitting by the expeditor, passed me over in the drive through line in favor of the other line which already had two attendants whereas mine had one, messed up my order, and were super snotty about fixing the problem with my order. I wouldn’t have mind if I had to pay more because it was rung up wrong, but the cashier today acted super miffed as if I was lying about initially ordering a large drink that the drive thru attendant didn’t attentively take down. I don’t know what happened with the people previously employed, but it seems to be just bratty teenagers who don’t seem to want to put in a tiny bit of effort to be cheerful, polite, thorough and accommodating. Definitely doesn’t reflect what Chick-fil-A is known to be. Please instruct the new employees in how to act like Chick-fil-A employees because right now they treat customers like a nuisance. Definitely not worth the $15/hr rate they advertise being the hiring wage for full time employees. I used to come in often- most weeks I would come in twice per day. I’m not exaggerating, the staff knew me my name and my order, even when I was a few minutes late or early from my typical schedule. I don’t think I will be coming to this store much longer if the staff continue to act like this. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I’m sure I’m not the only regular to notice the change either and if there isn’t some serious change in attitude amongst the new staff, most other regulars will stop...
Read moreI don't like writing negative reviews but the time has finally come that I need to address how terrible this particular Chick Fil-A location is. Anytime I visit this location, something is wrong with my order or the employees are completely confused.
I had a situation a few weeks ago where an employee said it was no problem to switch my curbside order to a drive thru order. I won't go into the details of why I needed to switch my method of pickup but it was a safety issue. When getting to the drive thru window, the employees were confused because the original employee at the drive thru didn't transfer the order properly. After multiple employees accused me of being at the wrong location and saying I didn't place an order, they finally realized the original employee was in the wrong after I had to give them my phone so they could verify I DID actually place the order correctly. I received no apology and was told to pull up and wait. I waited over 10 minutes for my order for them to come out and aggressively give me my order. This isn't what I'd expect from Chick Fila.
I've also had numerous orders with missing items and it happened again today. I ordered a delivery through the app so I could use my reward points and an item was missing yet again. Upon contacting help, I was given a partial refund, not even the full amount for the missing item.
As much as I love Chick Fila, I will not be supporting this specific location any further. If management sees this, I highly recommend training your team to not only process orders correctly but also to train them on how to provide better customer service. An apology...
Read moreWe used to eat here on a bi weekly basis, even ordered food for the whole company on a monthly basis... everything was great til today! After my guys went there, picked up lunch, we all sat down to eat. Employee next to me was half way thru his sandwich and then choked on a bite, spit it out and started coughing. Upon opening his sandwhich... someone had deliberately filled it with salt! Not just a little... a lot of salt! We immediately reached out to them, sent them a photos with our order number via email. The "supposed" owner called says the order didnt come from them! Seriously... receipt, time stamped, location and everything!! Now... after realizing that it was their order, he then flipped it on us that we were the ones who did it! Again... seriously?? We all sat together, pulled the food from the bags and ate next to one another just as we always do! Cardinal rule... never mess with anyone's food or drink! We live by that! Upon sending the email to them... we were just reaching out to let them know, not finger pointing or even asking for anything in return, and this is the response we get. I hate to write bad reviews and usually don't take the time to do it, but when someone in an organization blatantly does something like this.... then has no accountability, especially to food or drink that we put in our bodies, it should be a concern for anyone.
