Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences as a customer specially after spending over 3k on a bed. I purchased a queen bed and a split queen bed foundation. The delivery was set from 12-2. They showed up at 1:45 and had to leave (before delivering the stuff) to go back to the gas station because they had forgotten a card there. They came back at 2:15, past the delivery window. They started unloading and only half the split foundation came (like a twin size foundation). I refused the delivery, even though they kept pushing that I should receive the mattress and store it in my house until they had the complete set. The guy on the phone who dealt with the deliveries kept blaming me, like i ordered the wrong thing. After that nobody contacted me for like a week and a half, then the store contacted me to check how much I liked the bed. I was like what? So there is no communication within this company. A few days passed and I called them, the manager said that she had heard back from their warehouse and they did not have any split foundations in their warehouse and that I would have to wait. I was wondering why they had not called me about it and waited for me to reach out. She said that she was waiting for the girl who sold the mattress to come to work to call me. Not the right time to train employees, when a customer is complaining in regards to their negligence as a company. A week after I got the text about my delivery, for the mattress only, I called the delivery service and asked them to add the foundation to the same delivery. They did and were soooo rude. I received the mattress and foundation, not the split one though that I was billed for. The only competent people were the nice delivery drivers.    Read moreI enjoyed my experience yesterday, Sunday, at the Tempur-Pedic® Broomfield store at Flatiron Crossing mall. I was greeted warmly by Rene. He listened carefully for what I was looking for in a pillow and showed me a few that I would like. They have a very large selection of all kinds of pillows. My original intention was to buy a second pillow for my bed as I have enjoyed a single Tempur-Pedic pillow for many years. Then I asked Rene to put aside the pillow discussion for a while as they had all of these varieties of different mattress types. And then I discovered “My Dream Bed”. Besides a wonderful mattress the base of the bed is a mechanical marvel. We were then joined by Trevor, the manager of the Park Meadows store. Trevor and Rene showed me all of the features of the bed that I ended up buying yesterday. It has built-in speakers, several varieties of massage; it tilts the head and foot of the bed independently, etc. Then they left me alone to play with the bed’s remote control. I laid on the bed and learned how to run everything in about 20 minutes. Fortunately the remote lets you save your two favorite settings. There is even a light under the bed which is turned on by the remote control for those bathroom breaks in the middle of the night. I went to the store to buy one pillow. I walked out entirely happy and satisfied. I had just bought the “Bed of my Dreams”, to be fully installed at no extra cost in about a week or so. I have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a mattress before. Trevor and Rene made the entire experience fun. They were entirely profession and courteous while entertaining my many questions. And the 0% financing for 4 years is a deal you can’t...
   Read moreAbsolutely terrible service from Billy and Lawrence. We had a good initial experience with Robin when we bought our mattress. The good ended there. I had to call several times to get updates on shipping after receiving auto updates from the carrier. Our mattress was never checked in by the delivery company. We found this out after getting the tempur pedic service line number. We were told by the person we talked to that the store could have called the same number and gotten everything figured out several days prior to our calling which would have had gotten our mattress to us a week before it will get delivered. Billy or Lawrence never called the service number. I was told by both Billy and Lawrence that I would be called back with information and an update. They never called me back. I had to call them again and again and got the same information repeated to me over and over again which was useless. I was hung up on after having excuses repeated to me over and over again.
We spent a lot of money on this mattress to be treated like we were and receive the service we did. We hope the mattress performs better than...
