The staff at this DQ is some of the best you’ll ever come across. IMO, ever since the pandemic happened customer service as a whole, not just at DQ, but EVERYWHERE, has taken a complete 180° (for the worst) & it’s impossible to go to a place, especially a fast food place, & get decent service. The workers here, especially the younger gentleman with super light blonde hair, are some of the friendliest and kindest humans I’ve seen in a really long time. Went in today and got a pumpkin pie blizzard and not only did the young man upsize me, he ended up making a little too much and put the extra in a tiny cup for my 2 year old son to have. It was really nice of him, but that wasn’t all! He then went out of his way to come from behind the counter and hold the door open for me because he saw I was holding my toddler plus the two cups as well as his toy he brought in while also being 5 months pregnant. He went above and beyond just because he wanted too. It was such a nice gesture and Totally unexpected. Little things like that are such a rarity these days in customer service that it’s really amazing to see it happen. I hope whoever is his superior knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing worker such as himself. This is someone DQ is VERY LUCKY to have, please do NOT take this young man for granted.
And to the young man(so sorry I didn’t catch your name) thank you so much for what you did tonight (Saturday 10/8/2022) it was incredibly kind and above and beyond whatever you’re being paid by DQ & I hope that you get a raise because you definitely deserve it! I’m sure you get some pretty rude people who don’t treat you like you deserve, but never let them change you. Your attitude and kindness will take you far someday,...
Read moreIn my honest opinion, you should go elsewhere. This place treats delivery drivers like second class citizens. First, the old, balding employee must have a chip on his shoulder, because he just couldn't handle the way that I parked. Then, after reparking, but because I assertively confronted the employee since I wasn't taking up more than one spot (I had only parked diagonally into a single spot to make it easier to leave) and the issue was trivial, he felt the need to retaliate against me by banning me from the store and giving me a bad review on the app. Seriously, there are more important things to complain about in life than imperfect parking. Unfortunately, I see this second class type discrimination more and more now. As if everybody feels the need to take their frustrations out on the lowly delivery driver. If I were a customer reading this, I'd patronize other, less bigoted businesses. If I were the store owner reading this, I'd fire the employee and replace him with somebody less snarky.
EDIT: after reading a few more reviews, it looks like I'm not alone! Several other people have complained that this store bickers over parking and discriminates against delivery drivers. ...
Read moreThis place is the worst. I stopped by about a week ago to grab some treats for my family. There was no one else there. One by one the staff filtered out from the back, the cashier needed me to repeat myself 3 times, and got the order wrong... twice. First she forgot to add a requested item, then one of the requested items was not made and instead I received a different item. I had ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and received a strawberry and banana one. A revelation discovered after I got home. My hormonal spouse was not happy.
The entire staff seemed to be baffled by my presence. How dare I, a customer, arrive during business hours? Previous experienced had already left me dubious of this location as the staff seemed to not understand what a Cappuchino Heath Blizzard was and refused to learn about it.
There are other locations in this city. DO not go...
