Texican Bistro — Restaurant in Broomfield

The food was not good at all. The salsa for the chips and salsa appetizer tasted and looked like canned salsa. The brisket tasted off and looked like the brisket you buy at Costco from the prepared foods section that you can microwave. Lastly, it was really unfortunate there were so many flies in the restaurant. I was concerned about eating the food I had ordered because there were so many flies, one even fell into one of our cups.

WOW! I just had dinner at the Texican bistro and what a great experience I had! Their prices are very reasonable, the ambience great, but the quality of the food is absolutely amazing. I could feel the love and dedication in every bite. I had a 1/4 pound of the best brisket I’ve ever had, it literally melted in my mouth. I also ordered the Mac and cheese which was so creamy and delicious. Their sauces are to die for.

Texican Bistro is such a gem! Staff are warm and welcoming; you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Hubby and I stopped in for lunch and everything was absolutely delicious. The sausage fritters were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the brisket flatbread was incredible — especially with their homemade BBQ sauce. Flavorful, comforting, and clearly made with love....
