This business doesn't value customers or want our business! There are plenty of small businesses that nice are appreciative, especially for repeat business - go to them, not Ipie. I had been a huge supporter of this business for several yrs - always placing large orders and even giving the deliver drivers huge tips these last few months to help the business and the employees during COVID-19. Tonight I spoke to a very rude person, Ronnie, who said that they were too busy for my business tonight....and he actually repeated the same exact words 3 more times and then ended the call. He did mention that I was a mile outside the delivery radius - but they have delivered here numerous times and no one ever mentioned it, it's not printed on their marketing materials. So there are plenty of other places that have similar menu's, are pleasant to speak too and don't change the "rules" when it suites them. The manager, Brittany, didn't even come to the phone - that is how much they value their customers - zilch! As a nurse, I am working later hours more frequently, due to the virus, and sometimes I depend on food delivery to feed my family dinner. I would nver treat a pateint this way. Nobody should ever be treated the "Ipie way" - it's not acceptable in any industry. Suppor tthe small businesses that want and deserve your...
Read moreI have tried so many pizza places in Broomfield after living here for 8 years. Having lived in Chicago for 26 years, I am pretty particular about pizza! There’s even a pizza place that started in my hometown that opened locations in Broomfield and Louisville, and I’ll gladly pass them up to order from here. I love all of the crust options, and while I usually go for thin, the thick and chewy is sooooo satisfying! The train wreck is my favorite pizza, and the cheesy garlic pie is so yummy and a crowd pleaser. Everyone I’ve ever ordered from, talked to, or been delivered pizza from has been very friendly, quick, and courteous. Definitely my go to pizza place in Broomfield, and perfect for my picky family that never wants to eat the same thing! (The personal sized pizzas work out great and are totally affordable for the great quality you get!) My son is sooo picky and this is the only order out pizza we’ve ever been able to get him to eat (and it was only $6!). He gladly eats a few slices with no arguments every time! I highly recommend getting a side of ranch with the garlic bread, it’s probably my favorite Ranch dressing I’ve ever had. Thanks for the...
Read moreYou'd assume that saying "build your own for $5.99!" Means that the price of the pizza, with some toppings included, is $5.99, right? Wrong. Every, single, topping except for cheese and sauce is extra. All of them. There's not special toppings that are more, no, it's ALL of the toppings. Which is fine, it's more expensive, but just say that instead of trying to hide it. So really what they should advertise is "build your own plain cheese pizza for $5.99! Toppings not included!"
Also, I've been here several times now, and every time the staff makes a rude face and acts like the customers are inconveniencing them. They're not friendly at all. They're stuck up and act like they're better than you, yet they have nothing more important to do than judge people for coming into a pizza place and buying a pizza.
This place used to be so cool. I had such good memories coming here as a kid, but now it's all just trash. I won't be coming back, and when my friends or family are looking for a place to go out to eat, I'll be telling them not to come here either. I hope you teach your employees to be kinder to customers, and also stop being so misleading...
