“Hot ‘n Ready” is a total lie at the Little Caesars in Broomfield. I’ve visited 4 times in the past year at all hours and all 4 times they did not have any cheese pizza made.
Today, I went in at 2:30pm and the guy working the counter yelled from the back “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I looked at the time and it was a full 5 minutes before he came to the counter. I asked “Do you have any cheese pizza made?” and he said “Yeah we’ve got a couple”, then opened the warmer doors and yelled to some guy in the back “Hey can you make me a cheese pizza?” then looked at me and said “Actually we’ll need to make you one”. I said “Nevermind” and headed to the door and he yelled to the guy in back “Cancel that cheese pizza”, which tells me they have zero intent to ever have any cheese pizzas “Hot ‘n Ready” for the customer, because if they did have that intent then : 1. they would never let it get empty without more pizzas at least in the queue, 2. he would’ve asked the guy to make three cheese pizzas instead of just one (one for me and two more for “Hot ‘n Ready”, and 3. he wouldn’t have cancelled the one cheese pizza.
Don’t waste your time driving here unless you want to wait. If you must wait, Marco’s is close by and pretty darn quick and much, MUCH tastier. Literally the only draw that Little Caesars has is that they’re supposed to have pizzas waiting to carry out, and they can’t even...
Read moreNot quite sure what happened to the quality of this Little Casesar's location, but over the past 3 weeks, this is the 2nd time we have ordered pizzas that have bubbled over into areas with no sauce and no cheese. Last time, we ordered 5 pizzas for my son's Birthday; 2 entire pizzas had this issue. I let it go then, but today I decided to call them.
A lady answered and I explained the problem. She immediately starts saying, "I cannot control what happens to a pizza in the oven; I just follow directions, that's all." Woah, calm down - no one is blaming you, but if the process is flawed and I order an 'extra most bestest', don't you think I would expect exactly that. Please re-take the customer service class; you would make a much better impression.
To add to that: The sauce for the breadsticks was ice cold and the breadsticks were not done [inside or outside]. I will also say this - the Little Caesar's at the other Midway location [by Sonic] has almost always been amazing - both in quality and customer service. It just goes to show you that whether 2 places are both named the same, the way each is managed determines the...
Read moreAs with most businesses, the global pandemic has affected businesses in a negative way on so many levels. Food service is no exception to this. Normally, this location has had exceptional service each visit that I’ve made to this store. However, it has had its share of challenges as well recently. What makes the difference is this: this Little Caesar’s location has excellent management willing to acknowledge unprecedented challenges and adapt to work to fix any issues that have arisen. My rating is high due to this fact: they listen and act. If we battle together, we will be victorious through this pandemic. Battle strong Little Caesars. We are in...
