The nicest people work here. Truly friendly and professional. The food is consistent. Of the 50 visits (maybe more) I've had here, I've only had a few less than perfect experiences.
One, don't expect any tea if you're visiting near closing. They clean those out about 30min prior. But you can still purchase tea by the gallon.
Second, the sinks in the restroom are the worst. The faucet reaches about one inch into the sink. And you have to turn the knobs. This means 99% of the sink is useless and you're rubbing porcelain to wash. If you want clean hands to eat, you'll have to get creative turning off the faucet.
Tonight I got 50% ends on my pulled pork sandwich. It was impossible to chew and I had to spit a lot out. This is the only time that's happened to me. These are my favorite and I'll definitely get another in the future despite this experience.
The parking lot is spacious and I've never had a problem finding a spot. The employees are extremely helpful. It's a family owned business which is great. Their prices are reasonable. The BBQ sauce is the best sauce I've ever had from anywhere. I especially love their sweet and keep a bottle stocked in my fridge at home. Handicap accessible and kid friendly. There's patio seating when the weather is nice and we love riding our motorcycles up there. The bar no longer exists which is a little sad but they've replaced that area with huge booths so there's room for many. TVs are all around the casual dining area. You order at the register and they bring your food out. You are responsible for trash & trays.
To get to this location you'll turn right after Starbucks and it's just before the McDonald's. That side of the building isn't as clear as if you were traveling south on Wads where you can turn in right at the sign.
Overall, I highly recommend. I've even ordered catering from them for an office event and they did amazing. Everyone loved it. I will go back and...
Read moreBeen coming here for a while. Come here as much as possible with my son on Thursdays because we love the beef ribs. They have a special and only have the beef ribs on Thursday’s now. I always order the rib and meat special On the menu it says 3 pork ribs, your choice of meat 2 sides and a bun 20.99 add 1 for beef So I always order this meal , the cashier was nice, I tip her and I use my $5 coupon, I ask for beef ribs as always and as far as I can remember I always get 3 as it says on the menu and I’m charged the extra money for choosing beef. My son orders 2 beef ribs Once our order comes I’m given a plate with only two not so meaty beef ribs the bun, sides and chicken My son gets what looks like four ribs, it’s four bones but it’s two and two if that makes sense. I should have took pictures But I mention to the girl who brought our order that there is only two and she says if you order beef you only get two and starts doing a scale weigh out thing with her hands and says, “ it evens out” I’m completely confused and had a hard day already so I don’t want to argue and just say ok We eat our meal And my ribs were fatty and not worth it but after the day I had I didn’t have the energy to argue or point out that there is no where on the menu that it says u get less for paying more when ordering beef My son considered his ribs his and ate away while I was left unsatisfied and so unsatisfied that I’m sitting in the restaurant writing this review. Brothers bbq why send me a coupon saying we miss you here’s $5 off and then just rob me of one of my ribs? I don’t get it. Won’t be back next Thursday I guess and it’s a shame as this is one of then last consistent and good places to get beef ribs. Pretty unfair to PAY MORE AND GET LESS Cashier=cool Server girl and servers making the plates with...
Read moreUpdate: I love how this place responded to my review about what "other BBQ" places do like I don't eat ate other places. This place is very full of themselves and they are way over rated. They may have been good once to get those other reviews and T.V. notice and I can only speak of my experience there that was horrible. They should do a better job for everyone if they want good reviews instead of just putting on a show for specific people.
Ordered a meat special which their board says is $15.99 and yet they charged me $17.99 because I ordered brisket (beef). Maybe instead of up charging they should have their menu broken up better so people can know the prices better. Then when my food got to me the side of mashed potatoes was so small that it was in what other restaurants use as a sauce dipping cup. There was no labels on the sauce bottles they brought to the table so I had no idea what I was eating. The food is just average quality when you compare it to the chain BBQ places. This place is way over priced for what you get. I only came here because of how highly others had rated it and was...
