First off, I was surprised to see the low review score. I ordered the Mt. Cleveland just the way it is on the menu. I really liked it, was filling and they don't skimp on the meats. Staff was in a good mood which was nice. It is spendy for what it is but you've to remember you're paying a premium for the location. Overall if you want a good cold sub sandwich you'll like it here. If they could add toasted subs that would be awesome

Food was ok, you get a lot of meat on the sandwich. Price wasn't bad. Some employees tried to keep up when they got busy, while another sat at a table playing on her phone not paying attention to customers waiting to be helped (another employee came over to help since she wasn't). If you have a few minutes this place will do. If you have a little more time, go to another restaurant down the road.

Awesome deli and ice cream. I had a Razorback (ham and bacon) sub with all the fixins and a coffee milkshake with Oreos. Friendly staff, nice to have a proper deli on the east side of the park!

Absolutely terrible service. My family of five (with three young children) arrived at 7:55 after a 8 hour drive from Yellowstone. The last couple of hours were spent looking forward to getting ice cream. My husband decided to fill up at their gas station first and wash off the windshield that was dirty from the drive. They walked up to the door at 8:02 and the female worker said it was closed. My husband said it is listed as closing online at 9 PM and pleaded to serve our three kids since they were crying. She refused. As a New Yorker, we often get a bad rap as being rude. I have NEVER in my entire life in New York ever experienced such rudeness. We treat each other with kindness and always have each other’s back. The store should update their hours online and speak to their employees. Anyone who denies 3 crying kids ice cream after the parents just spent $65 filling up in gas because the store closed two minutes earlier SHOULD NOT have a job working in a ice cream shop. Maybe the employees were having a bad day and for that reason, I’ll say a prayer for them. Fortunately we found a much nicer place in Browning (Nation Burger) that stayed open to serve everyone online. Highly...

We stopped here for lunch because we were starving after hiking. Like most people when you're starving, any food slaps. We left this place, threw out half of our meal, and said "wow I haven't had food that bad in a while." Go anywhere else but here!

I have never paid this much for food and been so disappointed. The sandwich was sadly thrown together and smooshed. You could literally see the hand prints. It had a pound of mayo and a pound of Dijon. We tried to wipe it clean but couldn't. The sandwich ingredients are okay but it does not taste good at all.

We also ordered a caeser salad, and was given a plastic to go container with lettuce, 6 cherry tomatoes and a grocery store style pouch of caeser salad dressing. $20 for that? Are you kidding me?

The only thing keeping this place alive is the ice cream, which we unfortunately did not try. It's also probably the only thing that can't be screwed up.

If you want to walk away feeling worse than when you entered, this is the place for you. Go to any of the other places 2-5...

After enjoying the Going-to-the-sun-road and some hiking, we stopped for ice cream. The gift shop was full of items to bring back to the people you didn't love enough to bring along. The restrooms were busy but we'll maintained. We stopped in the morning and one of the toilet paper dispensers was on the floor, by the time we came back later in the day it had been repaired. I can't imagine how many visitors that come through in a day, but I'm sure it's a lot! So I appreciate the level of...
