Waited over 25 minutes for an appetizer. Waited over 75 minutes for food. Server struggled to get initial order correct. Staff overall appeared and acted aloof. Food was fair at best. Frankly based on the wait time, we assume it was left in the window or the cooks are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to professionalism. Location needs a reboot. We can only imagine what bacteria is growing in the very stained carpets. You can't turn down the lights and pretend the stains aren't there. The decor looks to be at least 15 years old with frames faded and photos curling with age.

When your staff treats a fellow employee and her family 10x better than all the other customers around her just because she comes in on a day off to eat, you as management have issues to resolve. This employee and her family magically gets her drinks and appetizers within 5 minutes when my family waits 25 minutes. They are greeted with smiles, laughter, and warmth when the other customers receive "Eeyore" like engagement the entire time. We left before they received their food but we only imagine it came with...

The waitress was very sweet at first... but dishes started to pile up on table empty drink glasses. They advertise for a perfect margaritas and if waitress does not ask about it you get a coupon for apperizer next visit. We left the margarita ad right at end of table and even waited until end of meal to see if she said anything. In fact we looked up Applebee's before coming and saw about the pomegranate one, which I was going to get at first. Well when she brought bill, i asked her if we get our free appetizer. Then attitude came out. I'm guessing because she had to go to manager about it and probably gets in trouble, which is not our fault. The dirty looks started and swinging back of her employee register card. I was a waitress for many years and usually am an extremely large tipper. EXTREMELY... She was slowly wearing that down as the meal went through but the blatant rudeness that happened at the end was completely in appropriate so you ended up getting a tip but definitely deserved nothing at that point. We do not mind waiting at all we understand it especially with the pandemic. But when you tell someone 30 minutes max and we must sit in car until table is ready and we wait 55 minutes and get sat at a table that has been cleared off for 20 minutes because we were parked right in front of restaurant it's pretty frustrating. Worse part is honestly think the reason we had to wait extra to be seated is because two people who were up front carried food and was eating it. I worked at Applebee's when I was younger for 7 years and know that is not a policy allowed. Then when we come in server is helping guests with mask half down her face when they just stayed how they were following guidelines. Our server was very nice and made the atmosphere alot better. She offered upsales and joked around. Our food was pretty good too so that made up for some. Our server was on top of it the whole time she was amazing!!! Her name was Elizabeth. She deserves some praise/!! Just think you should train your staff a little better on Covid procedure and not eating in front of guests who are having to wait...
