On a Sunday afternoon just as the colts game was ending we felt like it would be a good quiet time for dinner at Arni's: I am shocked that our experience tarnished the Arni's name. The food/presentation was definitely not up to the high quality standard as what we received in past. Maybe it was a new chef? Server brought a sadly prepared "stromboli" out (as photos) and said sorry the fries were still "down" I will bring them - My wife and I kinda chuckled and said OK. It seemed to be a bunch of younger kids working that exhibited the lack of care that this business truly needs. The staff displayed a nonchalant attitude when mentioning that my sandwich didn't look or even taste like what we experienced in past; it was met with what would you like us to do? Will also say that my 3.59 coke sat empty with never a refill offer the entire time we were here. Let me just say I was looking forward to always mentioning this was a great place to eat at....now I will definitely be more reserved when mentioning Arni's (Brownsburg) ---The only thing that kept the score up to a 2 out of 5 on this visit was the Salad. It was great and nicely prepared/presented. Overall my opinion and talk about this place has severely dropped out of favor. Very disappointed with the experience and wish it never had to happen - it's not what we expected and this place...
Read moreI'll get straight to the point. Arni's food? SPECTACULAR. The pizza was amazing, the subs sooo good, and the Asian salad? Mouthwatering.
The reason it is getting 3 stars is because the service was rough.
Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order, came back, said here's your drinks then disappeared. Finally came back over eventually for our lunch order. Never brought plates for our appetizer (party of 5). About 45 mins after arriving we finally got our lunch, and like I said food was phenomenal.
However... I ordered their sandwich and fries. My fries didn't come with my meal. Server blamed it on bad kitchen timing but they'd be up any second. Server also never refilled our drinks. My son was eating the ice out of his cup because his pizza made him thirsty and we couldn't ask for a refill or flag her down. We all get done eating, use the restroom, and come out and she FINALLY brings my fries blaming the kitchen. She specifically said, "I told them 'you guys are gonna make me lose my table!'" I find it hard to believe the kitchen staff was holding fries hostage.
No, you lost your table when you never checked on us and acted as if we were a burden to be in your section.
Anyway, we paid and left. We likely won't be back to this particular spot & seek another franchise because the food...
Read moreI was excited to know that Arni's was opening in Brownsburg. I had been counting down the days. How disappointed I was after my visit. We were planning on eating in but was told there was an hour wait. I understood and we decided to get an order to go. I placed my order for a 14 inch pizza and 2 side salads and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I waited on my car for almost 30 minutes and went in to pick up my order. It was not ready. It hadn't been turned in. Again I understood this was new to most of the workers. After waiting an additional 45 minutes my order was ready. The person at the counter said my order would be $41. I was a little confused because I've got this same order or more at other Arnis and the price was well below $41. I was tired of waiting so I didn't question it and took my order and left. When I got home and checked my order the whole order was wrong. The pizza was wrong and burnt. The salads were wrong. The only thing that was correct was the dressing. So I paid $41 for two orders of dressing. I guess I will have to drive an additional 30 minutes to go to the Arni's in Lebanon if I want my order to be correct...
