My coworker Alex was participating in fantasy football draft here in August. At one point during his visit, he got up from the table to walk outside. While he was exiting the building, there was a wet floor from a leaking roof. Alex took a hard fall and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. Luckily, Alex is shorter than the average male so he didn't have a very far distance to the ground. Regardless, this fall did more harm mentally than it did physically. The manager sat with Alex to inspect and document any injuries. Alex was so flustered from the fall that he could remember the address to the house he has been living in for 3 years. This was quite the embarrassment to Alex since he was accompanied by some fellow coworkers. This has also affected Alex in the work place. He has had many jokes directed towards him such as "walk much", "slip and slide", "banana peel", "man down" and many more.
This has also affected me. Alex will not attend Buffalo Wild Wings with me due to his embarrassment. They have superb lunch specials and I would like someone to attend with me.

No offer to fix, blamed corporate for change, and got lippy with me when I pointed out that it is the mgr's responsibility to make sure signage is correct. Waitress/bartender later talked cramp about me to family&friends when they visited, AND said that I REFUSED to LET them get mgr to make it right.
Also, I did write to GM about my experience...not even a We are sorry...worse place in town.
So that was last year...appearantly after writing the GM, I was 'banned from returning' due to my complaint letter? The bartender even brought my complaint letter out to show my brother & his friend afterwards! Who the he'll does that?
Ppoor service, refusal to honor their ad board, then complaining to a customer's family about asking to be treated with respect (weeks later), finally targeting customers family for reporting the incident. Shame!

Read moreThird bad experience in 3 weeks and the last. I have supported Buffalo Wild Wings for years with giving them my business on a near weekly basis. I walked in for lunch 3 weeks ago and had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer to place my order. 2 weeks ago, I sat and waited almost 20 min before a manager asked if we had been helped yet. He took our drink order and saved the bad experience. (Funny thing is the waitress came up 10 min later to take our drink order) Today, I walked out again this time with my family in tow after sitting for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged for a drink order. It wasn’t busy and there were literally 5 workers/kids all huddled around the to go counter while 1 or 2 workers were actually working. I said something to the workers at the counter to see if maybe they would save the service as we walked out and the girl laughed at me.
