Burger King — Restaurant in Brownsburg

So we decided to eat in store today. The place wasn't really busy. We ordered and sat down to eat. The whole time most of the staff stood there watching us eat and gossiping about their lives. Before we left I ordered a sandwich to take home. While we were waiting they were all standing there talking, then one lady told the kid that just got to work to go get the trays and wipe the tables down... the other girl cuts in and tells him you can also sweep and go clean the marinara sauce off the seat cause she hadn't had time to do so. I couldn't believe her... she just sat there for 20 mins talking and watching us eat!! I'm just shocked 😯🤐. Like really I know you may be a manager or something but you had plenty of time to at least clean the marinara sauce up, it was completely dry on the seat. First it should not take 15-20 minutes to get a fast food breakfast. The guy in front of me (inside not drive thru) had been waiting so long he had to leave without 1/2 his food to make an appointment. When I finally got mine and had to wait longer for my coffee I overheard a staff member ask the other one if she had given me the wrong sandwich to which she said no. I immediately checked my food and yes I had the wrong sandwich. She gives me right food and says "I'm sorry we have a new person in the kitchen" umm kitchen staff does not bag the food. Maybe if she spent less time telling the customers about the recent deaths and engagements in her family she could pay more attention to what she's putting in the bags. Also it seems that only having 2 people working each area on a Saturday morning is not capable of handling the business and maybe the store manager needs to pitch in and help her staff instead of letting them crash and...

Was working races in Illinois this weekend and arrived back in Indiana late and hungry. Walked around searching for a bite to eat but didnt have a car to go drive thru as we are from out of town. Decided to stop at this location and at least ask if they can help us out with taking our order through the drive up. All we heard was "it doesnt work" and we said thank you and journeyed back to the hotel empty handed. We heard someone yelling and a tall Burger King employee came out threatening to "pull that thang out" we yelled back we were just looking for food and he continued to shuffle through his car and popped his trunk still threatening us verbally.
