We've been here twice now and both times our order was wrong. The first time we went, we asked for the two 3 piece meals and got 3 two piece meals. The kid's meals, which usually have a cookie, didn't have one so my wife went ahead and bought them one. The second time we went, we were going on a picnic and asked for a 12 piece bucket with all dark meat. The attendant said to hold on while she checked to see if they had 12 pieces of dark meat...THIS WAS AT 11AM IN THE MORNING! They had just opened up! We asked for our sides to be Mashed Potatoes and grave, Corn and an extra cup of gravy. We got Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans...and only a small thing of gravy...not the usual tub that goes with the Mashed Potatoes. I asked for butter and honey, since it comes with 6 biscuits...and we got 2 packets of each. I should have checked everything at the window, I know, so it's partly my fault, but to get the entire order completely wrong??? Twice in a row??? Read moreForgot an item in my order that wasn't even ready at the time the app said, not mad about the wait because they make it all fresh. 5 stars for food. Would not pick up phone after 5 back to back calls. Same thing on past orders. No regard for people calling in to their stores so they can alert the store of missing products to reach a resolution. Drove back and yes I demanded double the missing item (it was a side not the main attraction...mac and cheese...hah) They said no, told em I'll contact HQ if not cus I was just about tired of his attitude, been there many times with his same attitude. Staff/he said "it doesn't matter if you call KFC head quarters, go ahead" I got my double order of mac... After attitude.. Edit: even the door dash customer service tried calling this location after my misplaced ordered and couldn't get through. Customer service replaced my ordered but this location canceled because it was too close to closing. But operating hours mean operating hours. If you have to drop fresh wings at 950pm then you drop them becuase your operating hours...

It's been over 30 minutes and I finally got to order but still waiting to get up to the window to get our meal. I'm stuck in my van with a handful my insane children and I can't even decide to leave and go somewhere else because we're stuck between the building and a bunch of curb with rocks and trees on the other side. Send help. Or chicken. Worst experience ever. Edit to add: The entire experience took 45 minutes. Edited again to add: that last edit was too optimistic. I was the next car in line and thought there's no way it's going to take more than 5 minutes to get our meal. We've been here a few minutes shy of an entire hour.
