McDonald's — Restaurant in Brownsburg

Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Lady working the drive thru was rude from the point of asking "what do you need?" to saying "first window" with out giving a total. When I got to the second window the kid inside tried to hand me a bag with just a large french fry in it and closed the window. When I didn't move he opened the window and said "what chew have?" I explained to him I paid for 2 triples and a large fry and he said "that's what chew got." I tell him there are only fries in the bag and he starts questioning another employee about why they handed him the bag. My first thought is you're handing out the order CHECK IT!!! We have had bad experiences at this location in the past but this was by far the worst. I never have problems here in the mornings or lunch it is always at night when the Z crew is on shift. Overall, this restaurant is a nice one to go to. I would give it 5 Stars if customer service was just a little bit better. I was having some difficulties with my mobile app where a coupon was not loading correctly. The very nice lady at the register could see that I had the coupon and that it expired in a few days but that it would not open but would not give me the discounted price on the item I was trying to purchase. I explained I couldn't open it, she saw it wouldn't open and knew of the coupon but would not give the rate. To me, that's not very good customer service. Outside of this experience, the staff is great and friendly and relatively on top of keeping the restaurant clean. Service is usually pretty fast and accurate. There is the occasional mess up which happens at every fast food place, but they own up to their mistakes and take care of them...

People in Brownsburg are nice people, the atmosphere is friendly,this community is very diverse, kind people great place, u say well why one star, u need to pay close attention to your comments section, You will see this word "Manager". I ordered a table service, you will see in one of my pictures, they brought my order to the pickup spot instead of bringing the order to the table , or just letting me know,

So by the time I went to pick up my food it was cold, I don't mind this is McDonald's we talking about it's not a five star restaurant, but communication is very important,
