McDonald's — Restaurant in Brownsburg

The app notified me that my food is ready. I know that doesn't actually mean it's ready, so I waited. No. It was actually ready they just put it on a counter by drive thru. Didn't call anything out, just left it there. A lady finally come to ask if I was door dash (I was waiting patiently) I said no I have a mobile order, and she grabbed the bag that I thought was mine, but couldn't be for certain that had just been sitting there the whole time.

That's just damned lazy, or ignorant, and it doesn't help that there isn't anyone at the counter anymore.

If you cannot pronounce my name (legitimately I understand that James is difficult for some people to pronounce) just call out the number. It's better than just sitting it down, and doing nothing. Could have even placed it on the pickup counter, but whatever. I've never had this issue at any other location, so I will assume it's specific to this store, and...

This is the ONLY location i’ve been to, to argue/in-force a “policy” of McDonalds which they claim that if a customer orders 3 or more drinks they MUST take a drink carrier. I don’t know about anyone else but I never have anywhere in my vehicle to place a drink “carrier” and i’m definitely not carrying drinks while i drive. Now what i do have is 4 cup holders that came with the vehicle. Doesn’t make sense when you order 1 or 2 drinks they don’t want to say you have to take a drink carrier. I guess the only way to get around it would be taking more time in the drive through and placing 2 separate orders. What happened to the good days of customers getting what they request and pay for and not having rude employees? They continue to wonder why they won’t ever...

I have never had a single order correct from this location. This tiny nugget was a part of a 10 piece order. The food is always sloppily thrown in the boxes/bag, fries cold, and a gal insisted to me that the breakfast sandwich meals do not come with hashbrowns... just the sandwhich and drink. Any other McDonalds I have gone to has always given a hashbrown with the meal. Anyways, last visit we ordered a McCrispy and Fish sandwich. The McCrispy was literally thrown in the box looking like an awful mess, and the fish had two fish fillets on it, both cold. The double fish would had been a pleasant surprise had they been warm or at an edible temperature. I will drive the extra few minutes to the other McDonalds in town just to avoid this...
