This place has gone downhill in a major fashion. We've been here a few times in the past few months and both service and food was great. Visited on a Friday night and apparently they have converted to counter service only...no table service anymore. The premise of the location and decor is of a craft pizza pub, but it's become little more than an overpriced airport Sbarro's. $50 for large pizza, two personal pizzas and bread sticks...most I've ever spent at a counter service place. And of course, the receipt had the tip line...for what might I ask? Taking my order behind a counter? Bread sticks were piled in a bin behind the counter in the open and scoped up into a paper boat on to our plastic tray...not made to order. Maybe the lack of table service was due to lack of employees? For every one employee who was hustling, there was at least one standing around doing nothing...I counted 15 total employees...more than the customers in the place at 6pm on a Friday night. Lack of salad bar due to COVID-19? Well, Two Guy's and Dave's in Danville have somehow figured that out and offer full salad bar. Bathroom was a mess. Pizza didn't taste as good as it did in the past. Restaurant was dirty. Not sure what happened to this place. Not going back anytime soon.

Another update. No change in the ratings. Food is good... still a little bit worth it for change in pace. Update to previous comments--- not much has changed. Lowered Atmosphere by one star due to cleanliness and loud music. For a newer restaurant, the booth seating is looking rough and not maintained. Our booth had some tears in it. The music and overall noise level is still loud that I had to keep asking the cashier to repeat themselves. While the food is good...the prices are still on the high side for a nongourmet chain restaurant. Being one of the better pizza places in town....the prices will not change. Advantages to this restaurant are the nice salad bar, open fountain drinks and a bar. All in all, good experience...probably visit again. Food was good....more expensive than it should be for pizza. The restaurant could use some sound proofing. The dining room is loud and echos. Bar has plenty of choices.

First time ever visiting a Noble Romans. Mixed review. The young man at the register was there for the first time without a mentor. The computer glitched, and he rolled through it with ease. It was obvious he was nervous but pushed through. The food was much better than expected. I wasn't expecting much due to how the dining room looked. For whatever reason, the man who I can only assume was the manager sitting at a booth doing manager things instead of bussing the dining room. Or, getting his staff to clear tables. The ambiance is nice, but the dirty tables diminished the experience. 40 minutes after sitting, we finished our meal. Tables around us were still dirty. Back to the food: excellent! Better than Pizza Hut! Sevice: Excellent

Pizza and bread sticks were great. Place is turning out well inside where as getting cleaner etc ... There was an older mgr that took my order and the to pizza maker that was working. Absolutely fast and accurate for my pizza being made. Probably took him not even a few min at most. Other than that I come to this place quite a bit. This is for last week Wednesday around noonish time.

But, I will not tolerate a work place where the other co workers talking rude about others and just be where as we many people would call just back stabbers etc .... A young man with reddish hair and I've seen the dough room man talk and talk etc while eating over hear them talking bad about possibility of the pizza maker and even others or something else but definitely was where they talked bad about the pizza maker for idk what reason! To me that's just bad work environment and if someone doesn't know why they're talked bad about needs to know instead of co workers working and being fake towards one another. Seems like that dough person feels and seems one that cannot do no wrong and thinks way too highly of self and has that arrogant personality like the other boy he was talking to together while they say down for a few min.

Then coming back same day into the night with my grand kids. The skinner tall mgr was one that always looks mean and was and he and another looked like a mgr way it sounded young girl can see them both like chatting away while some ppl waiting for their food. Not helping much or caring for the store they work at. Talking about other co workers talking smack about them all and how no one listens etc.... well they both need mgr class lessons more than anything but also where they need to stop being like high school like the dough person and younger man were like during lunch time.

For me I'll keep coming back but only to where it's more lunch time than evening hours. But as for those mentioned keeping ppl just cause under staffed with their attitudes and being like back stabbers should go and find what real work is than being acting like all high and mighty over the actual mgrs etc that work hard and like how that pizza works hard too. Cause other wise that place is going down hill....

I still give it 5 stars due to the face of pizza and other food ordered was great and nothing wrong with them at all. Just the other parts need to be addressed more than anything for if you have new ppl to start working for you here and or in Whitestown or...

I bought a pizza from here twice to give it a try again and I'm a little disappointed, I called in my order and ask for my pizza to be cooked longer because the first time I bought one from here is wasn't done ,and we ordered wings as well and honey these wings wasnt flying lol they looked like them little chicken nuggets you get out of Kid cuisine meals , tossed in bar b q sauce. Where was the bone?? I didn't order chicken nuggets..

As for the pizza..... 😳 I figured 🤷🏾‍♀️maybe it was just a off night , I'm a baker and sometimes I know you have to turn up and down the ovens sometimes , so I decided to give it a go one more time ,😳 well honey it was a no 🤦🏾‍♀️for me . The pizza toppings wasn't done at all, except for the cheese was melted, the Pepperoni was raw and the green peppers looked like they just put them on after they baked the pizza. Let's just say you can tell the pizza oven was set very low if it was my quess. when I bit into the pizza it was still raw dough underneath the toppings ,honey!😵 that did it for me. I'm not mad I'm just like dang can a sister get a pizza cooked all the way through. Now the up side is the customer service was nice but , imma need for you all to turn them ovens up a tad bit or slow the pizza belt down so they can cook longer, also have a Manger really check them pizzas before you box them babies up . I can say your bread sticks are the bomb ! I wanna try you guys out one more time cause they say the 3rd time is the charm, so...
